Bryan was wearing his favourite black polo shirt and faded blue jeans. His body looks well build up and his hairstyle suits him better now -no more shaggy hair. Although Bryan look a lot different now, to me he's always the same nerdy guy I had a crush on.

"Zee," Bryan called.
"Hi." I smiled at him.
We were both standing behind the history section. No one goes here, so I figured it's a perfect place to talk.
"You look great." He complimented. I tuck my loose strand of hair behind my ears and smile. However, I disagree. I'm a mess.
"So do you."
"What do you wanna talk about?"
I swallowed. "Us, I wanted to talk about us."
"Us?"
"Yes."
"Zee, what is this all about?"
"I'm done playing games Bryan. We are adults now. We both are 23. It's been 10 years since we first met."
"Zee-
"I don't know when or how it all happened but it did. You told me yourself if it wasn't too late, we would be together. We would be, us."
"Zee-
"I know it took me so long to realise how I truly feel. All these years, I realise I'm more than just a friend."
"Zee-
"Bryan, I-
"Let me finish Zee."
I stopped talking.
"Zee, I'm with someone else."
"What?"
"I waited for so long. And I gave up. When I saw you with Joshua, I-I-I was upset."
"But we broke up."
"But it's too late now, is it?"
"Bryan, I thought-
"I too waited for 10 years Zee. Until I started to loose hope in us."
