Part 23

Six months later

Its been 6 months since paridhi left and sid shifted back to mumbai 2 months ago as he got a better job offer with salary hike. He is not the same he became a very successful model.
In these 2 months sid and sana didnt cross paths with each other, where as sana knew that he is in mumbai but did not know that he was still single she thought he is with pari.

One evening sid was sipping coffee watching the outside view it is most comfortable time of the day with the cool wind blowing it was a pleasant weather

Almost six months..i still remember the day when i left kabir's home after show in mumbai.

Flashback

Sid pov

I couldn't sleep the whole night...it was 6am in morning i checked my phone she didnt call me back...i hope she is okay then i checked whatsapp she has seen my messages yet didnt replay...i wonder what she was trying to tell...keeping all the thoughts aside i took a shower...our fight to delhi is at 2pm today hope to meet her there.

They met at the airport paridhi was silent she didnt talk to him though he tried many times to start the conversation....plane landed in delhi.

At Kabir's home

She straight away went to her room and locked the door

He huffed and waited for her to come outside she got all dressed up and was about to go when sid stopped her by holding her wrist

Sid: Pari its enough now....why are you so angry
He was exhausted and just wanted her to speak

Pari: The problem is i love you and i know that you dont, this is getting hard for me sidharth i cant be with you talking normally like friend
She said with teary eyes

They both ran out of words.. he left her hand

Pari: Tell something... tell that you love me please

She cupped his face her eyes were looking at him with a hope that they can have a future together

Sid : I dont....im sorry
He said while lowering his eyes and sounded guilty

She wiped her tears

Pari : Its okay by the way i got a job offer in london and im accepting it... will be going next week...i cant be with you in same home sidharth for a week, i hope you are understanding

Her tone was sarcastic

Sid : Yes understood i will vacant this place today... and congrats on your new job

He seemed to be happy for her and she was getting more annoyed with his behavior

Pari : I hope we dont meet ever again

She shut the door with a thud sound

I hope she stays happy always we met at the wrong time i never wanted to hurt her like this but situation got out of control , i wish she gets a better guy than me...it was almost 9pm and i was ready to leave pari was not back home and kabir was consistently telling me to stay till morning...i would have stayed but i dont wanted her to suffer more...it was all because of kabir which made my stay in delhi very comfortable and homely... he is a very humble and good guy hope to see him soon some day and also pari who made it way easier.. i loved spending time with both of them...i gave him a tight brotherly hug and was back on my way.

On the other side Shehnaaz , she is same, fiery and hot lady but became focused and caring nature types.

One evening shehnaaz was going to office where the driver suddenly stopped the car

Sana: What now?
She asked shifting her gaze from phone to driver

Driver : Mam there is some problem... let me check

He got down immediately....checked the car and informed her that it would take 1 hour atleast to get it repaired

She was frustrated but saw a mall in front of her and thought to do some shopping

Sana: Ok listen im going inside call me when it gets repaired

Driver: Ok mam

As she was going inside she saw two people coming out laughing with a lot of shopping bags in their hand but their faces was not clearly visible when they came close to her , she saw them and was shocked , her heart pounded with joy only one word came from her mouth

Sana:Sidharth?

Its was sid who was walking with his mom as sid came close he saw her their eyes met unknown feelings rushed through both of them , as sana saw him she moved close to him

Sana: Hello aunty ( She was talking to his mom but her eyes where all stuck at sid...he was looking at her with same intensity )

Arpita: Shehnaaz how are you... very happy to see you after so many days

Sana: Im good how are you aunty glad that we met

Arpita: Im fine too

Sana: (She thought to start conversation with sid ) Hi sidharth

Sid : Hi (He was trying to hide his excitement...still even after so many days her one look can make his heart beat faster)

They continued conversation for few more minutes

Sana: Ok ill leave bye take care aunty , bye sidharth

He is the same sidharth...wait did he get married...i dont think so if that was the case then i would have known...still his presence make me fell excited

Arpita: Bye beta

Sidharth: Bye

They both crossed their paths , sid got a call

Sid : Mom you go ill the call and join you

Arpita : Ok  come soon

Sid's mom was crossing the road , one of the shopping bag fell down , the signal turned green she went back to take it , and a car was coming at full speed , the car was about to hit her but sana came pulling sid's mom towards her... everything happened very quickly...arpita started to panic....sana made her sit on bench infront of mall and handed her some water

Sana: Aunty calm down ( caressing her back)

Sid came running towards them as he was watching them from far distance

Sid : Mom are you okay i got so scared ( with trembling voice he was still trying to catch his breath)

Arpita: Shehnaaz saved my life today... thank you so much you are a very sweet girl

She smiled  patting her cheek

Sid : Thanks shehnaaz

Sana : Stop it... i did what was right at that time no need to thank me

Arpita: Then come to home for dinner today

Sana : But i have lot of work to finish

Arpita: No excuses you have to come...nandini cooks very tasty food try once what say sidharth

Sid : Yea yea come

Sana : Okay then see you guys tonight

She was happy that she could spend some time with sid again...but the idea of him having a girlfriend made her  uneasy

Even after trying to avoid  so many times we still cross paths for some or the other reason...what is this connection with her sid thought.
