Jungwon opened the door and held it open for Jay to get in.

- Dad! We're home.

Jay removed his shoes, and followed Jungwon like a lost puppy.

They walked inside the kitchen to be met with the smell of food. Jay's stomach growled.

Jungwon's dad turned around and looked at the both of them.

Jay started to walk toward him and handed his hand over.

- It's a pleasure to meet you, I'm Jay.

Jay had a confident smile on his lips, but he still wasn't expecting to be accepted.

Jungwon's dad, grabbed Jay's hand hard, and shook it.

Jay knew his dad wanted to look like he could break someone legs easily or something, and the serial killer part of him kind of liked it. He saw it like a challenge.

So Jay held it back even more harder.

- Nice to meet you too, I am Eden.

Jungwon looked at them both with nervous eyes.

- Okay ahaha, so ... What did you prepare for diner ? Jungwon asked.

The both of them stopped shaking hands and turned toward Jungwon with soft smiles.

- It's a surprise. But I just noticed that we don't have milk anymore, would you mind to go buy some at the grocery store ?

- No problem, we'll take my car, Jay said.

- Watch out on the road, Jungwon's dad warned.

- Don't worry sir, Jay said.

Jungwon pulled on something hot since it was very cold outside and went to Jay's car.

They started to drive, and it started to rain.

- Ugh, that's sad.

- What is ? Jungwon asked.

- All that rain, it's gonna make the snow go away.

- You like snow ?

- Yeah, winter is my favorite season.

Jungwon did a disgusted face, Jay laughed.

- What ? You don't like winter ?

- I prefer hot summer vibes that's all. Winter just kills everything, the leaves falls because they're dead, the grass becomes brown, flowers dies, and who likes to feel cold when you can have the nice hot breeze that gives you shivers because it feels so good?

- Maybe you're right.

They had to stop because a sign told them so, a man with a yellow costume knocked on the glass. Jay pulled down the window, making the rain go inside the car.

- The road is closed, there is some road work going on.

- But we have to go to the grocery store, Jay said.
