A boy moves in to a new apartment, an apartment that hasn't been used for ages.
The floor of that apartment barely has people living on it too.
There's been silent rumors going around, rumors not many people are willing to listen to as it gives shivers up to their spines.
What happens when the boy discovers something, many people wouldn't believe?
