A couple weeks have past since Spencer has met Travis, and our tension has increased more than usual, unless I was just overthinking it. The team had about 4 different cases in between and they were just as exhausting as the one before. On each case though, Spencer found every way to touch me. Whether it was grabbing my arm or passing behind me and touching the small of my back. I was trying not to focus on it as much as, but it was really starting to get to me.

The only thing getting me through these last couple weeks was that Garcia had continuously tried to plan a girls night for us, but being taken away from state to state, it was hard for us to follow through. Tonight though is different. Penelope, Emily, and I are going to drink at our favorite bar, get wasted, and forget about these last stressful couple of weeks.

"Are you two ready to get absolutely hammered tonight!" Penelope screeched from across the bullpen at Prentiss and I. It startled us and the rest of our team that were quietly doing paperwork.

"Uhh you two, what about the rest of us, babygirl?" Derek called out, laughing.

"It is a girl's night ONLY my hunk of chocolate, as much as I would love your presence, this plan has been in the works for at least a month and it is well deserved!" Garcia stated, Prentiss and I agreeing.

"That's fine, pretty boy and I will just do our own thang." Morgan lightly smacked Reid's shoulder, making Reid jolt from shock.

"Uhh I already have plans, sorry Derek." Spencer said apologetically. My head shot up, staring at the two boys, curious to what Spencer's plans are.

"Does pretty boy got a date?" Morgan smirked, Reid blushed, "my man!" He patted Reid's back. I was in utter shock, what did I think, that Spencer would never find another girl? Who am I to even feel a tinge of jealously? I am practically dating Travis.

I stood up from my chair, with a newfound excitement to going out tonight. Anything to get my mind off Reid with another girl.

"Well I am going to head out and get ready now since I've finished up my paperwork, I'll meet you sexy ladies at the bar at 8!" I blew the girls a kiss, "Spence, am I driving you home?" He nodded, gathering his things and following me out to my car.

We both entered the vehicle with a sense of discomfort hanging in the air. We haven't had much time to hang out recently since we've been severely busy at our job, but the tension still remains around us, I wonder if our co-workers could feel it too.

"So, a date?" I faked a smile, anything to relieve the awkward silence between us currently. He shrugged.

"Yeah, I suppose, a colleague of mine through the school I give occasionally speeches to gave me a number to their friend and thought we'd hit it off, so I figured why not?" He half laughed, I nodded.

"Well sounds like a fun night," I responded.

"Hope so, not as fun as the night you'll be having!" He nudged me. He's right, I will have a fun time tonight, I finally get to spend time with my girl friends, it's been awhile since we got to do this.

"Yeah I'm exuberant, it's been too long," I beamed.

"Seriously, you spend basically all of your free time with me or that guy, Troy," Spencer retorted.

"Travis, and I know you know his name, mr. eidetic memory," I wagged a finger at him, annoyed that he was pretending to not know Travis's name.

"Sure, whatever." Reid scoffed.

"Whatever huh? what's up your ass." I replied with a snarky attitude. He shrugged.

"It's not really my place to say." Spencer responded.
