Izuku Midoriya, the twin of Izumi Midoriya, son of Inko Midoriya and Hisashi Midoriya, the latter being better known as the Dragon Hero: Blaze.
Izuku was born quirkless but was destined for greatness.

"I am Illyana Rasputina and I went by Magik. That's M-A-G-I-K. And I am Piotr's younger sister. I can teleport myself between two points in time and space using stepping discs and I am able to cast spells, the degree varies depending on where I am. While on earth, I can use astral projections and casting spells I've learnt. However, when I'm in Limbo, which is my very own dimension, I can cast any spell regardless of their complexity. I also wield the SoulSword, that counters all magic and magical creature. Izuku will only be able to use some of my magic and with enough training, my teleportation ability, though that might take a lot of time." Magik explained.

"I am Namor the Submariner, I am an Atlantean/Human Hybrid being and the king of Atlantis, though I am not sure who that title belongs to now since a lot of time has passed since I was the King. Now, Izuku will be able to breathe under water, resist high pressures, communicate with aquatic animals, have certain control over water and he will be the only one worthy enough to wield the true Trident of Neptune."
