Izuku Midoriya, the twin of Izumi Midoriya, son of Inko Midoriya and Hisashi Midoriya, the latter being better known as the Dragon Hero: Blaze.

"Simple, since Hisashi kicked him out, I can technically adopt him if Inko gives me permission." Toshinori explained.
GT followed that up with another question, "What about eye witnesses to the statement?"
"For proof you have US." Izuku spoke with 5 different voices overlapping his own.
"What the!" The three adults exclaimed.

"Calm down heroes and Izuku's mother. We are the Phoenix 5." Izuku told them in the same voice as energy started to collect at 5 points near Izuku, forming energy constructs of the Phoenix 5.

"My name is Scott Summers and when I was alive I went by Cyclops." Scott told them. "My 'quirk' allowed me to shoot energy beams or lasers from my eyes. It's something Izuku will be able to do with enough training as well."
