She keeps remembering the girl she saw earlier.

She kept popping up in her mind, her narrative brain talking by itself as she unknowingly kept creating little scenarios with her being the main character

She didn't know but she liked the thought of her being a character that pops up in her book

She already gave her characteristics as they went through the supermarket earlier

Now call her weird but this is just a normal thing with people who writes books.

"If I do put her in, what would be her mission? I can't just add a random character in the middle of a book, that may sound weird I perfectly planned the characters though, what should I do with you?"

Yuri opened her notepad to see her sketch of the girl's sideview, it not being the exact same as the one she saw earlier keeps bothering her

She wants to perfect it but she thinks what she saw earlier wasn't going to be replicable.

Closing her notepad as she shook her thoughts off, Yuri quickly ate what was left with her ice cream as she started cleaning up after them

Putting the lids back as she made her way to the fridge, Yuri started asking herself

"Why am I the one cleaning up again?"

ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡㅡ

Finishing washing the few bowls and spoons they used, Yuri grabbed her supplies as she carefully made her way into her room

The pens, her notepads and a couple notebooks, Yuri looked like she was going to school yet she was actually just doing her hobby.

Ever since she stepped into school, Yuri wasn't the most intelligent kid in class, her grades in science and math being in the mid 80's didn't mean she was going to get pulled down by them

Since her grades in English, Korean, history and other things were always in the lists that had the highest grades, ever since she was a child, she knew where she would excel in.

Yuri really liked creating small scenarios in her head, and her skill leading her here in a Creative Writing degree in college showed that she really knows and loves what she's doing.

But in high school, a small thing changed her way of seeing things, especially about romance

The genre that would always get her attention as she liked the feeling of "feeling" love from other people's opinions or views

She always liked things like giving flowers and receiving chocolates to things like sleeping in bed while hugging and seeing your favorite person smile at you

But because of that one happening, a very specific happening.

Yuri never really got back to feeling what she felt back then, even the most stereotypical happenings wasn't making her heart thump anymore

And she doesn't miss any single thing about it, even though her book right now is about love

Yuri has prepared a tragic ending to it as no matter how hard she try, she can never really find the same feeling back

"Should I just add her as a friend? A childhood friend that could ruin what they have right now? That sound's fun"

Yuri giggled to herself as she walked down the hallway, passing Nayeon's room, she even thought she was asleep already

"You're finished already?!"

"Yup! You can brush your teeth now I'll wash my face later!"

Yuri slumped onto her bed as she dropped all the things in her hands, hearing the door right next to her open made her know that Nayeon did just went out of her room

Her mind empty as she keeps fiddling with her hands, her heart beating as everything is still opposing her will of adding the girl she saw earlier

She doesn't have any valid reason to add her or even a simple idea on how to add her so why is she still pushing through with it?

Maybe it's because of the stunning looks she had?

The small giggle she heard when she finally got out of her own world?

Is it her eyes?

Her hair?

Her back that she only remembers by the small brand logo it had by her nape?

Yuri doesn't really know and it's very much bothering her.

Focusing on something else rather than her ceiling, Yuri looked in front of her to see the bookshelf her dad built for her so she could finally have something to store her most valuable things

The spaces having different sizes from each other really showed how carefully her dad built it just for her taste

Her all-time favorite books at the top as they had either small minifigures, plushies or picture frames in front of them

Her most prized typewriter her Nayeon unnie gave her by her 18th birthday at the second row with some of her school supplies and small plants and succulents with it

Her being surprised that they still manage to live every day since Yuri's not the most plant person

The third row having some of her medium sized plushies, some random notes and notepads full of memory from highschool and some kpop albums

Her being a Korean meant that she had to go through the kpop phase before she turned 18

And the 4th row having her workbooks and hand-outs from school as Yuri treasure's every single one of them in their own way

If she had to illustrate herself as a material thing, she would always be down to use her bookshelf as her representation.

Her eyes landing on a random note that she just now noticed, the mustard yellow color it had made Yuri remember something that she's not fond of

Yuri jumped up from her position as she grabbed the paper underneath the notepad on top of it

Opening it, she immediately knew who gave it to her based on the handwriting,

"I told you Jo Yuri, you'll fall in love with me too"

Disgusted by the phrase itself, Yuri immediately ripped it in half, her not knowing how that note even managed to be in her bookshelf made her furious as she successfully made her shot land inside her garbage bin

"I didn't fall in love with you, you forced me to love you"
