Since I saw that a lot of people here on Wattpad did books like these, I thought about doing this as my first book.

This is my favorite ship for Gary and my third favorite ship for Serena, despite this ship being a nevermet ship. Although it is possible that they could have met at Professor Oak's summer camp in Kanto, since it was established that Serena went there as a child and it would make sense that Gary went there since his grandfather runs the summer camp.
***Edit: This ship is now my favorite ship for Serena as well. It feels like I just went back to my RivalCrushshipping phase again but even after that phase was over I still shipped this.***
