Start from the beginning

"Well, that's true. They left me on an orphanage. I escaped with my friends and met this woman about the same age as I am. She's a year older than me. She stood like a parent to us. She provided everything for me and my friends. And if I was to tell you her name, can I trust you to keep our relationship secret?" She asked the man just to make sure that he can be trusted.

"I will keep your secrets with me. I promise." He sincerely replied.

"It's Kim Taeyeon." She replied with a proud smile on her face.

The man was taken aback. Of course he knew who Kim Taeyeon is. Aside from the fact that she was a well known singer, her father was a very good friend with him. He was the doctor who helped the blonde's mother to give birth to her. He was in charge of Taeyeon's life when she came out of her mother's womb, not breathing.

And to know how hard was it for her and her father is not surprising for him. He is one of those trusted friends of her father that he borrowed some money to provide for his daughter. He had witnessed the hardship they've gone through.

All these years after Mr. Kim passed away, he was wondering where could his daughter be. Not knowing that despite losing everything, she kept moving forward and actually supported his favorite student. Dr. Park couldn't help but to feel amaze. He mentally salute Taeyeon for her bravery and determination. She's a strong woman.

"And Hyoyeon unnie is her cousin. She's an investigator. She wanted to help her cousin with this case. Because someone is accusing Taeyeon unnie of murdering Mr. Hwang. And Dr. Park, you're the most important last piece of the puzzle to complete the key to justice." Yoona desperately explained to him.

"I really wanted to help, Yoona. But I am not the Dr. Park they're looking. It's my father who handled Mr. Hwang's body. But I can roam on his files in his office. I just need to go home and check it." He said with a tap on her shoulder, reassuring his favorite student.

"You'll do that? Thank you so much!" Yoona hug him tight out of excitement. He laughed and gave a pat on her head.

"Anyway, these are Hyoyeon's belongings found on her car. It may help you for awhile. While I'm searching for Mr. Hwang's death certificate." He handed a bag that contains the belongings of Hyoyeon. Yoona thanked him sincerely before letting the man leave her with Hyoyeon alone.

"Hyoyeon unnie, get well soon okay? Taeyeon unnie is waiting for you. We are all worried. I'm glad you're safe. Unnie, I need to go back to Taeyeon unnie and give her these evidences you collected. I'll be back, okay?" She said and kissed the sleeping woman's forehead before leaving.

"Damn it! We lost her!" Mr. Jung hit the steering wheel of his car in anger.

"Why didn't you sent the men here anyways? We wouldn't be losing her if you did." Sunmi replied in an annoyed manner.

"How would I know? You saw it yourself, she's weak. And you know her more than I do. Why didn't you know that your best friend is a good manipulator? How didn't you know she's good at driving? I thought you said she was reckless?" He put back the blame on her.

"It's been years. How would I know? And she's not my real best friend okay?" She rolled her eyes.

"Let's just go home for a while. I'll ask the men to track her down." He said. Suddenly changing his tone of voice into a very calm one. She rolled her eyes again because of that. She already knew why.

He parked his car on the porch of his house and excitedly unlock the front door. He pulled her eagerly and was about to kiss her hungrily but they heard a clicking sounds of heels on the tiled floor.
