"Uh, uh, uh~" Sunwoo hummed in Changmin's ear, Sunwoo's face appearing next to his.
Changmin groaned in exasperation. "I was hoping you'd forget..." Changmin mumbled.
"What? A deal involving you??" Sunwoo wrapped an arm around Changmin's waist, pulling him back and away from Chanhee and Eric. "Never." Sunwoo smirked, the arm that was around Changmin's waist was now interlocking his fingers with Changmin's. Changmin pulled away with a "hmph", pouting and scrunching his eyebrows as he turned his head away from a cooing Sunwoo.
The four walked out, Sunwoo pointed to a separate carriage further away from the one that was directly in front of them. Without so much as sparing a glance at Chanhee or Eric, he pointed to the other carriage. "That's for you two. See ya." Sunwoo's eyes were still glued on Changmin as he led Changmin to their carriage with a hand on Changmin's back.
Changmin quickly turned his head back. "Chanhee!"
"Yes, sir?" Chanhee looked at Changmin expectantly.
"Take Eric back home, okay?" Chanhee nodded in response to Changmin's request before proceeding to turn back around to enter the carriage.
"Chanhee!"
Chanhee turned back around. "Yes, sir?"
"Don't forget the clothes I got for Eric!"
"I will, sir."
"Chanhee!"
"Yes, sir."
"Make sure Eri--"
Chanhee interrupted Changmin. "I will take care of everything, sir. Do not worry, I will see you back home."
"Chanhee, one more thing."
"Yes, sir?"
"Quit calling me 'sir'."
"No can do, sir." Chanhee simply smiled at Changmin who muttered a "damn" under his breath. Chanhee and Eric entered the carriage, and Changmin watched the carriage leave him and Sunwoo behind.
Changmin turned back around to face Sunwoo only to see an outstretched hand in front of him. Changmin looked at the owner of the hand with suspicion. "What? Are you expecting me to pay you?"
Sunwoo chuckled. "No, I would like to escort you to the carriage."
Changmin looked at the outstretched hand once more, then waved a dismissive hand at it. "I can escort myself." Changmin then walked around Sunwoo and towards the carriage.
"Wait!" Sunwoo ran up beside Changmin. "Can't I just hold your hand? Please??" Sunwoo looked at Changmin with the best puppy eyes he could muster. Changmin was always better at puppy eyes than anyone else, though he rarely did it in front of Sunwoo anymore.
Changmin looked at Sunwoo's effort and found it endearing. Just like an eager little child. Changmin sighed, giving in. "Fine..." Changmin placed his hand in Sunwoo's, feeling Sunwoo's fingers intertwine with his. A giddy giggle escaped Sunwoo's lips as he swung their intertwined hands like a child. Changmin tried to fight the smile that wanted to appear on his face. He failed. If he was honest, he did have a soft spot for Sunwoo. Every so often, the child-like Sunwoo would reappear and no matter how hard he tried, Changmin just couldn't say no to that side of Sunwoo.
The two entered the carriage, Changmin and Sunwoo sitting across from each other even though Sunwoo could've chosen to sit next to Changmin and continue holding his hand, but chose not to. He wanted to look at Changmin's face without getting neck pain. Not that he'd mind getting neck pain for Changmin.
The carriage suddenly jerked, jostling the passengers inside. Changmin yelped a bit, lurching forward. He braced for the impact, but instead of being met with the slap of the hard cushion, he was met with the firm grip of a pair of arms he only knew too well. Changmin looked up to see Sunwoo's worried eyes examining his face. Changmin immediately sat back up, clearing his throat in embarrassment.
