More than I expected

Soo we're not gonna talk about how billie just grabbed my ass and now I'm blushing like an idiot. Why did I like it though? I shake the thoughts out of my head and turn to CeCe. She has this huge smile on her face. I roll my eyes ad say, "What are you smiling at?" She laughs and says, "Nothing. Nothing at all." "You're such a bitch." I say and walk past her. 

I go to my locker and get my books. I slam the locker and sigh. I walk to the classroom and go in. I go to my seat not bothering to look at anyone. I'm just gonna act like I'm the only one here today. As I take my notebook out, I feel piercing blue eyes burning a hole in the side of my head. "Hey I forgot to tell you." She says and I look up at her. Our eyes meet and I almost get lost in them. But then I quickly looked away realizing I'm staring. "Forgot to tell me what?" "That you look hella good right now." I smile in my head but show her no reaction. 

I just play with the end of my notebook. "Wow. You're the only one I know that doesn't say thank you when someone gives you a compliment." "I'm mad at you right now." I say still not looking at her. "Why?" she asks. I roll my eyes because she's playing dumb. "You know why." She sighs and says," Okay okay. I'm sorry. I won't be so touchy feely anymore." I look at her for a second then back down. "I'm still mad at you." Before she can say anything, the teacher comes in and I turn my body towards the front of the room.

I've been ignoring billie throughout the first session of school. Currently it's lunch time. I got my tray and went to the table with CeCe. When I sat down she was smiling like a goof. "Why are you smiling like that?" I ask her while chuckling. "You'll see." is all she says. I roll my eyes at her and start eating my food. She shifts impatiently in her seat and I raise an eyebrow at her. "Are you expecting someone?" "Maybe." she says dragging the short word. I look at her curiously then take a drink of my water. She still has this expectant look on her face. 

"Okay. What's up?" "You're about to find out." she says looking past me. I follow her gaze and groan when I see billie. I turn back around and play with my food. "Can I sit here?" I hear her ask me and before I can protest CeCe talks over me. "Of course." I give her a look and she rolls her eyes. "Can we talk?" she asks me. I continue looking at my food and say, "No. I'm still mad at you." She sighs and says, "I thought you'd say that. So I brought you say something." I look at her and she's holding a brown paper bag. "What's that?" I ask. "Why don't you see." she replies.

 Her and CeCe share a look and I look at them curiously. I slowly take the bag from her and open it. It's the grill cheese and tomato soup I always get from the little cafe down the street from my house. CeCe is the only one who knows that. I look at them and say, "You two are so sneaky." They both laugh and a smile creeps on my lips. "Does that mean you forgive me?" billie asks hopefully. I look at her and smile. "Fineee. Come here you dork." she giggles as I pull her in for a hug. I hear CeCe say, "awww. You guys are so cute." I shoot her a look and she laughs.

 "Don't ruin the moment." I say seriously. I let Billie's vanilla scent fill my nose. She gives THE most amazing hugs. "Wow. You must really miss me." she says sarcastically. I quickly get up and blush from embarrassment. "Sorry..you smell really good." She chuckles and says, "It's okay babygirl. I don't mind."

It is now the end of the day and I'm getting my bookbag and stuff. When I'm done, I close my locker and head outside. I don't see CeCe so I stand near the entrance and wait for her. I decide to text her and see where she is. I mentally slap myself because my phone is dead and I meant to charge it this morning. "Wassup shorty." I hear someone say. I smile because I know who it is. "Hi billie." "Can I ask you something?" I nod and put my phone in my purse. "What's up?" "I was just wondering if you wanted to come to this party with me Friday." I stood there thinking for a second. "I don't know. The last party was a total bust." 

"I know. I know. But trust me. This party is gonna be hella fun." I roll my eyes playfully and smile. "Finee. But we're taking your car." "Bet." she replies. Just then a car pulls up and it's Sean. Just as I take a step forward, someone rams into me making me fall into billie. Somehow Billie lands on top of me. I just laid there and stared into her eyes. She stared into mine. In this moment, I kind of wanted to kiss her right now. Wait. No. What am I thinking? "Oh my god. I'm so sorry." I hear CeCe say. 

We both snapped out of our little trance and she got off of me. She held her hand out and helped me up. "You okay babygirl?" she asked gently. I nodded and said, "I-I'm fine. Thanks." I let go of her hand and walk over to CeCe. "I'm so sorry. I'm so clumsy." she says apologetically. "It's ok. I'm fine." I say reassuringly. Sean comes over to me and says," You okay, love?" I nod and say, "Can we just go?" He nods and I walk to the passengers seat. Before I get in, I turn and look at Billie. "I-I'll see you later." She nods and I get in. Well that was weird. Sean closes my door then goes to his side. I look at Billie through the window and involuntarily bite my lip. She smirked and walked away. Oh my god. Do I like billie? Or am I being over dramatic?
