kuroo tilted his head to the side. "you'll know when we get there. get your stuff and put your shoes on."

you quickly ran into the house, grabbing your phone and wallet and putting on your shoes. you stepped out of the house and locked the door behind you. kuroo pointed to his car, and the three of you began walking towards it.

"shotgun," kenma said, putting his phone in the pocket of his beige colored hoodie.

you groaned, but didn't argue. he called it fair and square. you climbed into the backseat of kuroo's black car and buckled your seatbelt. kuroo started the engine, and kenma relaxed into the seat in front of you.

"it's so comfortable up here," kenma muttered, letting out a small sigh.

"shut up." you crossed your arms angrily, and looked out the window as kuroo drove by houses and stores.

after about fifteen minutes, kuroo parked in a relatively small parking lot and turned off the key, putting the key in his pocket.

"we're here," he said, looking back at you through the mirror.

you got out of the car, looking at the building in front of you with surprise.

"an art studio?" you asked, looking at kuroo with wide eyes.

he nodded proudly. "there's a class that starts in..." he looked down at his phone. "two minutes. so we better hurry."

you smiled fondly at him. "aww," you cooed, running up to him and giving him a quick hug. kuroo chuckled and held you close, pressing a light kiss on your forehead.

"we're gonna be late, guys." kenma interrupted the moment, already making his way towards the front door of the building. you pulled away from your hug with kuroo and ran up to kenma's side, engaging in soft conversation with him as kuroo walked behind you, his hands stuffed in the pockets of his sweatpants.

"hello class. thank you for coming today," a woman, probably in her 20s, introduced herself to the group of about twenty people spread out in four different wooden tables. her brown hair was pulled into a loose low ponytail, and glasses sat high on her face. "i'm yuki."

you rested your head on your hands, looking around at the small easels resting on the tables and the vast selection of art tools to choose from. it was nice of kenma and kuroo to do this for you, you were a little bit touched.

yuki explained to the class that you were drawing portraits, and that you could choose one of the pictures she had printed, a picture on your phone, or one of the people in your class as a reference. she shared some skills with the class and then asked you to start.

you were sitting at the end of the long side of a table. kenma sat across from you and kuroo sat to your right, the only person on the short side of the table. you thought for a moment, but when your eyes focused on kenma's face, you decided to draw him. he was pretty; perfect for a portrait.

you began by outlining the shape of his head, and lost yourself after that, focusing completely on your work. kenma did the same. he didn't draw regularly, but he did enjoy it, and wanted to do his best to draw well in this class. kuroo watched to two of you focus, mesmerized at how lost in your craft you seemed. you weren't even sparing him a glance.

kuroo wanted to draw you, but he didn't know how to draw at all. frankly he was embarrassed, but he wanted to participate to show you that he cared about the things you were interested in, just like you'd shown him that you cared about his interests.

kuroo didn't know what all the stuff in front of him was, so he just picked up a pencil and an eraser. he wanted to draw you. you were gorgeous, really, and he wanted to make sure you knew it. every time you looked his way his heart fluttered, and he just wanted to touch you and kiss you all the time. he knew it was unlike him, but you'd helped him realize that he could feel romantically again. he didn't know the exact moment when he realized you were more than a friend, but he felt it so strongly. you made him feel happy and special, and he wanted to make you feel the same way.

he loved the way you pressed your lips together when he teased you, or the way you would say something witty back. he loved how you felt in his arms when he hugged you, and the sound of your giggle when he said something affectionate. and then in sex...

kuroo had had sex many times before, but it was different with you. when he saw you naked for the first time it felt like he was witnessing an angel. every inch of you was perfect in his eyes. he'd been so nervous, wanting to make sex perfect for you since it was your first time, and he wasn't usually nervous during sex because of his confidence in his abilities. if he was being honest, he hadn't stopped thinking about how good it felt when he was inside you. he fantasized about it, wanting to see and feel your body again and again, but he didn't want to pressure you. he thought about how he'd struggled to keep it together during the moment, burying his face in the crook of your neck so that you didn't see how much you were effecting him. it had been almost emotional; he knew you were giving yourself up to him and he treasured that.

"kuroo." your voice interrupted his thoughts. he looked up at you.

"hm?"

"you haven't even started." you gestured at his blank paper, raising an eyebrow.

"oh," he felt flustered, turning away from you to stare at his paper. he began to draw, trying to copy the curves and lines of your face as best as he could. as he drew, he couldn't help but think about the curves of your body, the way you looked under him, the sounds of your moans as his tongue worked against your clit or as he thrusted inside you.

"fuck," you heard kuroo mutter under his breath, and you watched him shake his head briefly.

you just chuckled. he'd probably messed up his art. your eyes returned to kenma, who was laser focused on his paper.

before you knew it, the class was over. it was getting kind of dark outside now.

"okay, let's reveal our art." you smiled at the two boys. "kuroo first."

kuroo laughed. "mine's bad."

"okay?" you smirked at him. "show us."

kuroo rolled his eyes, and before he could say anything else, kenma snatched his paper off the easel. a smile grew on your face as you watched kenma's eyes scan the piece of artwork.

it was silent for a moment before kenma let out a little laugh. "is this supposed to be y/n?" he asked, looking at kuroo.

kuroo nodded, a small chuckle leaving his lips.

that only caused kenma to laugh a little harder. he turned the paper around so you could see it, and you had to laugh as well. your reaction caused kuroo to laugh harder, and the three of you were lost in fits of laughter.

"maybe stick to volleyball," you said through your laughs, placing your hand on kuroo's thigh under the table. you noticed him stiffen a little, but you didn't think anything of it. "okay, my turn."

you showed everyone your drawing of kenma, and you noticed the shorter boy's eyes widen.

"you drew me?" kenma asked, taking the paper out of your hands. kuroo leaned his body toward his friend so he could see as well.

"yeah," you said shyly. "you can keep it if you want."

"thank you," kenma said, placing your art next to him. "you're really good."

you thanked him.

"show us yours, kenma." kuroo leaned forward on the table, looking at his friend.

kenma shrugged, and turned his easel around to show you and kuroo his work.

you were so surprised you almost jumped. kenma had drawn you, except it actually looked like you, unlike kuroo's.

"kenma, that's fucking amazing." you complimented, leaning forward to look at it closer. "i didn't know you could draw."

kenma shrugged again. "i do it sometimes."

kuroo clapped kenma on the back. "why didn't we know about this? you're talented, bro."

kenma lips spread into a small smile before he reached his paper out to you. "thanks. you can keep it if you want, y/n."

you grinned. "thank you. i'll cherish it."

with that, the three of you left the building, making your way to kuroo's car.

"shotgun," you said as you entered the parking lot, sending kenma a mischievous wink.

"fuck."
