" Oh my god you imbecile child, what were you thinking trying to scare me like that " she yells with hands on her hips

" yeah I'm totally fine women thanks for asking. "

Jungkook snarls, glancing at her before continuing his chant of prayers and curses as his feet slowly quieten the numbing pain, he experimentally curl his toes and wince again.

She sheepishly smiles before helping him stand on his feet with her face reddened when Jungkook glares down at her, his arm wrapped on her petite shoulder that carry the responsibility of whole family.

Just then Mr jeon comes out with a sleepy face, poor man got disturbed as he scratches his nose with a yawn looking at them with sleepy eyes.

He's a handsome man for a beautiful women, his black hair contrast to his wife's blonde one, but looks so good when they walk together, both amber  and grateful eyes with grace slick smile. Jungkook clearly got his hair from his father but majorly all habits of his mother. Headstrong, clumsy and patient while his baby sister with blond hair have gentleness and happiness of their father. Polite and determined.

" Honey? " He cover his yawn with his palm

" Police? Whom did you kill "
he stretches like a cat, his sleepy eyes widens seeing Jungkook crouching forward obviously in pain over his mother, who's smiling trying to make everything look normal with their youngest daughter  Miki  humming and drying the washed dishes in farthest corner of the kitchen not sparing a single glance to anyone

" Oh honey!" Mrs jeon forces a laugh " everything's totally fine! go on shoo.. sleep you are tired " she gives her best smile patting jungkook's head urging him with her eyes who rolled his in return

" Yes dad, Totally fine "

Jungkook winces kicking the pan in hatred laying beside his leg 

" okay...i guess? if you all say so. " he makes a funny face before shrugging "Jungkook  put ice on your feet it's turning nasty purple and honey try not to kill our children again. My love your hints are dangerous you could Just ask "

Jungkook's face turns into disgust pointing at himself to make sure they know he's listening to them while Mr's jeon laughs loudly to cover the situation

" Oh honey, you are so funny " she giggles " Go sleep, we'll talk later tonight "

Jungkook rolls his eyes when his father winks at his mother who winks back, it's like a ritual for them to end their conversation with shared wink

He experimentally puts his weight on his injured foot and whines, immediately catching attention of his mother who mouths an 'oops' before hurrying off to get ointment and ice pack

In the mean time he groans rubbing his face with his palm

His day can't get any better

" Jungkookie boba is home mommy "

Miki squeaks excited as her eyes finally fall over him after pushing the last set of washed and dried utensils in cabinet, her chubby cheeks dust pink on how hard she's smiling waddling toward him who smiles brightly

His baby angel pouts bobbing her head side ways letting her ponytail sway holding his knees and jumping in excitement pulling him down by his arm to her eye level chirping loudly. Her doe twinkling eyes staring back at him saying " you promised to play with me "

" Jungkookie boba we will play tag"

Jungkook's smile fell right into his throbbing toe
