"Well, the last time I tried to talk to him about Angelina, he took off. Clearly, talking to him about her isn't very productive." He says, sadly. Aurora looks to Hermione, who was furrowing her brows, brainstorming a different idea.

"She's out there appealing to Arthur and Molly, and George is already too deep. The distant family doesn't seem to dislike her, either. Ron and I seem to see through her facade, just as you two do, but I'm not so sure about Harry and Ginny." She says quietly, almost as if she was speaking to herself.

Fred let out a sigh, letting his eyes travel to the open doorway that leads to the den, where he can hear George and Angelina talking. It seemed everyone in the room was so focused on George being back, that they didn't stop to think about the reason he was away, and how the reason was standing right next to him.

"I don't like her." Aurora mumbles, moving to hug Fred's waist, and he rubs her back gently. Hermione props herself up on the counter, resting her elbows on her knees and holding her head in her hands.

"I don't like her, either, but for the sake of the holiday's, I don't think we should make a big deal out of her being around, at least not right now." He replies softly, and Aurora huffs a bit, while Hermione just flat out scoffs.

"It's ridiculous having to deal with this. If it were up to me, I'd-" Hermione began, but was cut off by the party moving to the kitchen.

The entire household piled through the entryway, laughing amongst themselves at whatever joke Bill had previously made. The three plastered on smiles as everyone joined around them, with Charlie already nudging behind Aurora to reach glasses for alcohol.

"Have we interrupted anything?" Asks Fleur nicely, and Aurora just smiled at her, shaking her head, before her eyes drifted over to Angelina, who was already eyeing Fred up and down.

"Nothing of any importance." She replies quietly, and Angelina locks eyes with her, a sickening smirk on her face.

Aurora naturally moved to Fred's side and wrapped her arm around his, locking their fingers together. Hermione watched the simple action, and looked up to see Angelina huff before mimicking the action on George, and she couldn't help but laugh.

"What's so funny?" Asks Molly as she looks at Hermione, who simply shrugs her shoulders, leaning back against the counter.

"Oh, nothing of any importance." She replies, which makes Aurora and Fred chuckle, while Angelina fumes silently.

The conversation was lively as time passed, and after Angelina and George made themselves a plate, everyone moved back to the living room. Even though Fred despised the presence of Angelina around his family, he was ecstatic to be able to spend the holiday with his brother, and he pushed his negative thoughts to the back of his mind as everyone talked amongst each other.

George and Angelina were informed on Bill and Fleur's pregnancy, and George shared a toast with his brother in light of the news. Aurora and Hermione were seated next to each other on the floor, with Aurora leaned back in between Fred's knees, while he slowly dragged his fingers through her hair. If it weren't for Angelina's piercing eyes burning holes into Aurora, she would feel utterly at ease.

The gifts were piled under the brightly lit tree, and everyone took guesses as to what they were going to get. Molly poked jokes at what she was gifting everyone, since it was only tradition that everyone would receive a personalized sweater.

"Fred, what have you gotten me?" Asks Aurora, pointing to the small, neatly wrapped box under the tree with her name on it, and he only shrugged his shoulders, smiling down at her.

"Don't let him take all the credit, I wrapped it for him." Hermione said, earning herself a smack on the back of the head from Fred, and everyone laughed.

"Well, what did you get me, daring?" He asks quietly, nodding his head towards the similarly shaped box next to his, and she mimicked his actions by shrugging and smiling.

"Hey, I wrapped that one, as well." Says Hermione, earning an elbow to her side from Aurora, and Fred scoffed.

"Glad to know you don't care enough about me to even wrap my gift yourself." He pouted, and Aurora turned around, sitting up on her knees.

"That's a lot coming from the bloke who didn't wrap mine either!" She exclaims with a chuckle, and Fred just stuck his tongue out at her in response.

As the silent yet loud snowfall continued outside into the night, a wave of sleepiness began to waft over the family, causing a string of yawns to erupt. As Aurora scanned over everyone, she saw that Harry and Percy had already fallen asleep.

"I think we'd ought to get to bed, since some of us already have." Retorted Molly, causing the two of them to wake up, wiping the drool from the corners of their mouths.

Everyone got up and stretched their tired limbs, and Hermione and Fleur assisted Molly in cleaning up the den and kitchen, whilst everyone else said their goodnights and headed to their specified bedrooms. Aurora waved to Ginny before heading up to her bedroom with Fred, quietly shutting the door behind them.

Almost immediately, Fred flipped them around and backed Aurora against the door, placing his hands gently on her hips. He smiled down at her before planting a kiss on her forehead, before repeating the action on the tip of her nose, and then finally on her lips, lingering in place.

"How do you feel about some Christmas Eve shagging?" He asks in a whisper, wiggling his eyebrows, and Aurora just laughs, wrapping her arms around his neck and pulling him back down to her lips.

She moans quietly as his hands make their way behind her back, roughly pulling her to his chest. Slowly disconnecting their lips, he leads them backwards towards her bed, as he pulls his wand from his pants, casting the silencing charm.

Fred discards his wand across the room, along with his shirt, before roughly grabbing Aurora's top and removing it from her body, revealing her chest, only covered in thin lingerie. She shivers slightly, letting out a content sigh with a smile on her face.

Wrapping her arms around his neck, she pulls his lips down to her own, connecting the two of them in a passionate kiss. The two of them walk backwards to the bed, with Fred's hands gripping Aurora's ass beneath her shorts.

Without disconnecting, Fred lays back onto the bed, allowing Aurora to climb on top, straddling his waist. She slowly moved her hips over his growing bulge, causing low volume groans to slip into the kiss.

Fred's hands slip beneath the band of her bra, his touch cold on her warm skin, and he slowly unclasps it, sliding it gently down her arms and onto the floor, not bothering to disconnect the kiss. She shivered in exposure, and Fred tipped the two of them over, now laying above her, propped up on his elbows.

He dropped his head down to her jaw, trailing kisses along the side of her next, pausing to gently rub his tongue in circles, making Aurora sigh in relief. He nibbled at the sensitive skin, sure to leave faint marks, but the both of them weren't worried about the marks.

In the moment, it was just the two of them, and it couldn't have been more perfect. They were perfect.
