Chapter 15

"AARRGG! GET THIS WORM OFF ME!"

One tried to attack me, but it ended up hitting its 'friend'.

It was now also unconscious.

The mightyena that hit its friend, got pounced by me.

I head-butted it, till It stopped moving.

Also unconscious.

...

Two mightyena were left.

My sister got to her paws and used an attack.

The attack she used was dazzling gleam.

She began to glow with intense light.

I shielded my eyes from the bright flash.

The mightyena's were foolish enough to stare directly at it.

They were knocked extremely far back, scraping across the ground while doing so.

I shot a shadow ball at one, my sister shot the same attack at the other mightyena.

They were both knocked out.

*thud*

...

"...sis!.."

She was on the ground.

All of her energy was wasted on these mightyena.

I ran to her.

"...sis..."

"...talk, to, me..."

She was very weak.

I hugged her.

"...it's, alright..."

"...they're, unconscious, now..."

...

She still didn't talk to me.

I picked her up and carried her into the den.

my sister was on my back.

I padded toward the bedroom.

After I placed my sister on the leaf bed, I began to soothe her.

"...shhh, I'm here, for you, sis..."

My paw was rubbing her back.

"t-take...c-care....o-of....t-those...m-mightyena's"

"i-if...t-they...w-wake...u-up........." my sister stammered weakly.

She didn't finish her sentence, my sister used way too much energy to use those moves.

...

"...what about, you..."

I was surprised when she pushed me away with her paw.

".....g-g-go....." she said.

I was really hesitant.

"...no..."

"...you're, way more, important..."

My paws pawed at some berries.

I held them near my sister's muzzle.

...

"...eat..."

"...it'll, make you, feel better..."

My sister was watching me out of her peripheral vision.
