Spencer was sitting in the chair next the hospital bed you were laying in.

"A" had run you over, the girls went home, Spencer, being the good girlfriend she is, stayed with you.

"Spence?" You groan as your eyes flutter open.

"Yes I'm here." She says, pushing the red button next to your bed.

The doctor comes in and checks everything, then he leaves again.

"Where am I?" You ask and sit up a bit.

"You're in the hospital." Spencer says, putting a strain of hair behind your ear.

"Why? What happened?" You ask.

"You saved my life." She says, looking at you and smiling a little. (Gif)

"What do you mean?" You ask, confusion in the tone of your voice.

"A, he wanted to run me over but you pushed me away and got hit yourself." She says.

"I'm a superhero." You say with a raspy voice.

"You're my superhero." She chuckles and kisses your hand a couple times.

"Shit, did I break my leg?" You ask.

"Yeah." She sighs.

"Come on, anything but my leg, I need it." You groan, Spencer chuckles and runs her hand trough your hair.
