"No, but don't worry about him." I assured.

"Hey, Jet, these barrels are filled with blasting jelly." The Duke said. Pipsqueak held up a large, rectangular crate.

"And these boxes are filled with jelly candy!" He said. I smiled and ran over to him, opening the box and taking a few treats out. "Hey!" Pipsqueak complained, holding the box over my head, out of reach. I crossed my arms and pouted. I smirked, but before my little plan could go into action, I was lifted off the ground by Sokka.

"Hey! Put me down!" I shouted as he carried me over to Jet and the others. "Sokka!"

"There," He set me on my feet. "But I saw that, you were going to try to steal those candies." He said. I gave him an innocent Who Moi? look.

"We'll take this stuff back to the hide out." The Duke called. Aang stopped walking, suddenly very interested.

"You guys have a hide out?" He asked, Momo on his shoulders like always. Jet nodded, smiling and took the piece of straw he'd been chewing on out of his mouth.

"You wanna see it?" He asked. Katara, hands clasped under her chin, slid closer to my brother with big shining eyes.

"Yes we wanna see it!" She said. I noticed the look in Jet's eyes as he smiled at her. It made me feel good that he seemed to like her back, at least a little bit. When we were little, Jet was never one for girls or mushy things like love, but watching the way he interacted with Katara, it was different, good in a strange way.

He led us through the red wood forest. I walked next to him, retelling my story on how I met Aang and the others.

"We're here." He said, stopping. I looked around, but all I saw were trees. I gave Jet a questioning look and he smirked, tilting my chin up. I caught a flash of movement in the trees and smiled widely.

"Where? There's nothing here." Sokka said. Jet grabbed a rope with a small loop at the end and held it out to Sokka.

"Hold this." He instructed. Sokka slipped his hand through the loop and gripped the rope.

"Why? What's this do?" He was suddenly yanked up into the trees, screaming the whole way until he disappeared into the leaves. I laughed and reached for my own, rocketing into the air, the wind blowing my hair back as I shot skyward.

I couldn't help but laugh all the way up untill I reached the top, releasing the rope and landing on a wooden platform. Seconds later, Aang was landing beside me. We both stared in wonder at the massive conllection of treehouese. It was truly amazing and completely hidden.

"This is so cool!" I said.

"Hey, check this out!" Aang said, jumping on a zip line and zooming around. I cheered and turned to find Katara and Jet behind me, a dark red stain covering Katara'a cheeks. Blush.

"Aw, your in love." I whispered to her, behind Jet as he led us across a rope bridge. She elbowed me, mumbling for me to shut up.

"So, Jet, why does the Fire Nation want to find you?" Katara asked.

"I guess you could say I've been causing them a little trouble," He explained.

"What else is new." I muttered. Jet used to always mess with Firebenders when we were little, playing little childish pranks on them and what not. I guess Jet was the reason I'd always hated the Fire Nation, even before they killed our parents. Jet smirked back at me.
