She gasped out as if she was choking, it was all it took to get her body off the cold snowy ground and standing once again. A blade, the blade, in her right hand. Clenched tightly in her fingers, her hand beginning to shake. That night so long ago, was the first night as well as many more thereafter followed, that she wanted for the rest of all eternity. He was everything she had and hadn’t ever dreamed of. Her lips began to tremble as she raised the weapon to her sight. Grazing the base of it. Two-hundred seventy-three years and endless nights after, she stood grasping onto everything she had left of what she no longer had. The leafless tree branches swayed over head cracking and rustling.

Yue Sheng stood a safe distance away and exhaled sharply as the cold air washed over him. His bare feet sunk into the snow, his toes flexing out as he felt the icy blanket. His breath coming out in puffs of steam. His bare body which was only with held in a single piece of loin cloth. A dark leather tatter piece of clothing wrapped around his waist just large enough to cover the vital areas. Dark lids opened to reveal the glowing silver hues that gazed out over this winter wonderland. Stark white hair caught by the winds danced and floated before his eyes, obscuring it ever so slightly. His head tilted off to the side, causing most of his hair to cascade down one side of his face. He heard something, the sound of snow being crushed under a light weighted body. A female most likely he had to guess. His body would turn and begin to walk around the trees heading into the direction of the sounds of snow being crushed. His form in movement was something to behold. Even in just the simple act of walking. Every inch had been worked to perfection, making him a living machinelike being. As he moved one could see each muscle involved in that action as it flexed and contracted. He held a perfect balance as he walked giving him an elegant movement that he seemed to float through the snow. Each step précised as if calculated and planned out in advanced. This was the walk of The Dark elf.
