Karla visits the Facebook account of her mother..still, her mother is online pero hindi man lang siya nito mine-message kung kamusta na ba siya o ayos lang ba siya. Her mom never asks how is she unless may kailangan ito sa kanya...gaya ng pera. O kung may ipapautos na gawin or ipapasuyo.

Am I adopted? Ito ang pumapasok lagi sa isip niya. Her depression goes back again kahit ilang ulit na siyang makarecover dito. It was because of her mom, who never expressed love or sincerity for her. 

When she was young, she remembers the flashbacks about sa mga galos niya sa katawan dahil sa pambubugbog sa kanya ng mama niya tuwing wala silang pera or wala silang pambili ng pagkain. Her father works as a security guard with minimum salary at laging wala sa bahay. Karla understands that her mom probably loathed her life. Her whole marriage life. 

She remembers her mom who has always been repeating the same stories about her youth. Kung gaano siya kaganda, at kung gaano siya pinipilahan ng mga gwapo at minsan pa nga ay mayayaman niyang manliligaw. Her mom always repeats the same stories over and over again as if hindi niya pa natatandaan na nakwento niya na yun sa kanya.

Karla understoods. Her mom was so resentful about her life. About ending up with a poor man, na galing sa isang kahig at isang tuka na pamilya ng mga mangingisda. She feels maybe her mom resents na kung saan utak ang pinairal niya at hindi puso, sana masaya siguro siya ngayon.

She remembers the guy that her mom was always mentioning about. That guy and his family owns a hacienda in their town, and that was her...first love.   She thinks that maybe her mom resents and wants to go back to the past kung saan sila pa ng first love niya, at hindi sana siya nakakaranas ng paghihirap ngayon.

Karla's mom came from a rich, well-known family in their province where they own a huge land for rice granary. Kilala ang pamilya nila dahil ang lolo niya ay isang mayor, at ang mama at papa niya ay kilalang midwife at assistant sa hospital sa kanilang bayan.

And there her mom is, a frustrated graduate of midwifery...naturingang paboritong anak ng magulang, and yet disobeyed her parents, because of love. That later on, her mom resents as she grew old thinking about what if.

And here Karla is, a frustrated graduate of midwife too. A daughter who tries to make her mom happy by doing whatever she had not done in her past life and achieving the unreached dreams na hindi natupad ng mom niya before.

She meets a guy named Richard, who was a complete jerk. 

And never she will knew that this guy is a real life madman..and a psycho.
