the meeting

Slightly shorter chap todat just so i can do this

In japan the place where the pro hero school ua is across the city at a small cafe three people are present and having a discussion over a confidential case

The first individual is a woman African American (sorry if this offends but i thought id be impolite to call her black ) in her mid 30s early 40s, she is well build with lean subtle muscle that hides strength in a smaller build than one would expect from someone with such strength, she is above average height of someone of her ethnicity (again dont mean anything by so please dont say anything about the writing it isnt really my best suit to do character description) she is wearing a white shirt neatly buttoned and smooth and crese free, she is also wearing a dark navy set of trousers with darker colour at the bottom and to accent the trousers she is wearing a dark navy waistcoat or jacket (shes basically wearing a dark navy pansuit with a white shirt )

Across from her is a frail man in his early to mid 50s with wire frame arms, sunken eyes that have only the electric blue eyes shinning out of the sockets, his face is drawn out and sullen, his back is slouched forward, his blonde hair has two darping strands and the rest a dishevelled mess, he is wearing overly baggy clothes a white t-shirt and dark green cargo trousers along with a silver belt buckle on his trousers around rhe waist

Beside the frail man is some sort of animal undiffinable to any specific race it could be a bear, mouse or a dog so for now he will be identified as a chimera he has white fur adorning his small body the only surface with no visible fur is his eye which has a scar tracing along it, he is wearing a suit and tie with a pair of trainers that are red his expression appears to be contemplating something

Chimera: so they will be arriving shortly are they aware of our goal

The women: no they do not only the people at this meeting and the others who couldnt make it know of our goals unfortunately one of the higher ups in the Washington some how learned of his existence and has taken action to monitor him which may hinder our efforts but he was sanctioned to go regardless me will need to be careful how we proceed he is not just monitored my us and the individuals in Washington there are some in gotham and a few other locations who are taking unnatural intrests in him so caution is advised

Frail man: and what of the one who he is ordained to succeed

The women: he has made no moves as of yet, he may be watching to see how this plays out to see if he is prepared to continue on the path ahead of him. On another note the following individuals will need clearance to enter ua as staff for the operation to continue

Handing the two files the frail one looks stunned

Frail man: you want clearance for these people but their not evan quirked the metahuman population in japan is less than 5% evan the quirkless are larger in number and rhey are considered a minority and these names they are not ones who wont be recognised like him

He hands the file with a photo of a black haired man with a smirk on his face the name and most of the information is redacted

The women: it was necessary to bring him on

Chimera: and this one did you not say she was to be a student

Hands a file with a women with a psychotic smile and twin dyed hair

Women: i did but when she discovered the new addiction to the ua teaching staff was someone important to her she said she would be of better help there so the transfer was made and because she threatened to go naked to ua

The men grimace at her response

Frail man: so is he aware of our existence in terms of knowing we exist or is he still unaware of our existence

Chimera: yes i would like to know as well

Women: he is aware of our organisations existence but only knows that two of the members are all might and batwomen but he hasnt found out their secret identities but he is getting close to a few of the others and finding their connection

Frail man: is there any way of  impending his investigation somewhat he will not take kindly to finding out who thise named belong to especially [REDACTED INFORMATION]

Chimera: if that information were to come to light and he found out they lied to him it will be a disaster of unfathomable proportions

The other two: agreed

Chimera: we will need to find counter measures and put them in place to prevent this discovery

What the three individuals did not notice was a man who appears to be in his mid 30s well built and handsome body and appearance with a beard listening in on the conversation in the corner booth hiden by darkness and shadows his eyes a sickly green glowing unnaturally in the darkness

The man: well well well that is most interesting it almost makes me want laugh oh this is most splendid, most splendid indeed it never fails to put a smile on my face

A wicked smile spreads across his face as he leaves the cafe and he begins to laugh as everything fades to black

HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAHAHAH HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAhahahahahahahahahahahahahahah

And thats it so what did ya think who was the man, who is redacted, who is the new addition to ua, who were the people at the meeting, who were they talking about and who might be watching them, are the ones who met planning something good or evil for the one whom they were referring to and finally who was the man who heard the exchange
