The next morning I woke up and reflected on yesterday's events.  A swarm of emotions filled me, but for some reason they didn't feel as intense as before. Despite this, I remained lying in bed, thinking deeply about what the therapist said to me yesterday and reflecting on what had happened so far in my life. A bit deep for the morning, I know.

I heard a knock at the door, "Delphini, are you ok?" One of the officers said.

"I'm fine, just thinking."  I responded.

"Ok, well you have a lesson in 5 minutes."

"I know, I'm getting ready now."

I pulled my uniform over me, and walked along to the classroom and sat down at my desk. The room was full of chatter. Anja pulled up her chair beside me.

"How did your session go?" she asked.

"Quite well, when I stopped shouting at her."

"Oh, that's good. Still a bit of a waste of time if you ask me, the public will never want us out of this place, will they?"

"Definitely not." I replied.

The teacher then entered the room.

"Good morning class," he said moving towards the blackboard getting the chalk out ready.

"Today we will be learning about habits, so please get your exercise books out and write that out as a title."
