Harry has just finished his first year at Hogwarts when he gets an unexpected visit from a bunch of Auras. They through him into Azkaban without so much as a trial. Lily and James do nothing about it and began to tell people that Harry's twin brother is the real boy-who-lived and not Harry. It's there where he meets several people who then begin to teach him the truth. Tom Riddle better known as Voldemort, saves him and the others and they finally find out that their soulmates. What will happen next?

When Harry was bitten by the basilisk, the venom destroyed the Horcrux in his head, but Fawkes saved Harry's life. The basilisk venom and phoenix tears combined break the seal on Harry's magical core. Accidental magic begins to happen around him, and not all of its consequences are good. Only with the help Hermione and new friends can he learn to control his newfound power. He only hopes it's enough to save him from the Dementors and Sirius Black.

During Harry's second year, the incident and rumor about Harry being "The Heir of Slytherin" has reached Fudge. And being the normal paranoid man he is, he sent Aurors to arrest the boy. Harry pleaded not guilty and begged Dumbledore for help. But, Dumbledore ignored the boy in fear of losing his job.
