me and y/n have been dating for 4 months now and we haven't said "i love you" yet. i know i love her but i'm scared she won't say it back. she's knew at this dating stuff, i'm her first boyfriend.

i looked at her next to me while we were walking. we're walking on the beach at night just how we like it because it's just us. i found myself staring at her

she's so pretty.

i guess she felt me staring because looked at me.

i smiled at her. she smiled back

"what are u looking at" she giggled

"my beautiful girlfriend" i smiled. she blushed looking down.

"shut up" she mumbled gently pushing me

i chuckled, she's so cute when she blushes

"what, i can't call my girl beautiful?" i asked raising my eyebrows.

she rolled her eyes playfully

"not even a thank you?" i teased

"thannkk youu" she giggled. "you're beautiful too"

"i know" i ran my hand thru my hair while biting my lip.

she laughed "you're so annoying"

i smiled and grabbed her hand locking our fingers together.

i noticed her shivering and i took off my hoodie handing it to her.

"here"

"you're the one who'll be cold then" she told me

"ur more important" i put it over her head. "plus the cold never bothered me anyway"

she giggled and put the hoodie fully on and connected our hands again.

we continued walking on the sand at the empty beach.

i really love her.. i'm in love.

"y/n.." i called for her and stopped walking

"mhm" she hummed and looked at me

"i love you" i whispered looking into her beautiful brown eyes.

her jaw dropped slightly and she didn't say anything so i got nervous and looked down.

"i love you too" she whispered back putting her finger under my chin making me look at her.

i smiled widely and kissed her. the butterflies in my stomach were going crazy.

we pulled away from the kiss and she jumped on me wrapping her arms around my neck while her legs wrapped around my waist.

she started kissing all over my face saying "i love you" after every kiss

"ok ok i love you too" i giggled trying to get her off but she was hella strong
