The Festival

"Tubbs! What's wrong!" Y/n asked, worried.

"I h-hurt my l-leg!" The little boy cried out.

He had to have been five years old max.

"Aww come here, Tubbo."

Y/n pulled Tubbo to a small lake near by. The sibling sat down and watched the sunset. It was truly gorgeous.

That's when something yellow flashed by.

"Y/n! Did you see that?"

"See what Tubbo?"

Tubbo chased after the yellow flash, y/n running after him.

"Tubbo what are you-"

"Shhh- look at da bee!" He giggled.

Y/n started at his palm, a baby bee was resting in the center of his small hands.

"He's adorable Tubbs...." the young girl giggled back.

Tubbo's eyes lit up like firecrackers.

The two watched the bee slowly flew away.

Tubbo started to whimper.

"Tubbo what's wrong?"

"I want to be able to fly away like the bee too!" He cried out.

Y/n gave he a sad smile and held him.

"One day Tubbo, we will fly away together, just you see..."

The boy in front of her now was not the boy she once knew, he was older, wise, and much more grownup.

She smiled to herself. She had never been so proud of one human in her life.

The song finally ended, y/n peeled away from her brother and over to the man she had so desperately fallen in love with.

A slow song started to play, Dream held her hands as they swayed to the music.

"You know, I never got to tell you this, but you truly are beautiful." Dream whispered to her.

Y/n laughed in response.

"Flirting out in public I see? Getting risky?" She responded.

The two had never really decided on if they should be affectionate on public. They were the king and queen after all, but at the end of the day it was their decision.

Dream laughed at the girl as he spun her around.

"Well, I want to show everyone that I truly do love you." Dream smiled.

Y/n froze, her cheeks became red.

Dream stopped.

"I-is that ok?"

Y/n took a moment to answer.

Oh no I've broken her, he thought.
