You're gonna overflow one day. You'll hide it, be blind to it, and not even know its existence. Perhaps you do know, but you're unsure? Whatever the case may be, you'll experience it someday in your own way. You may hate it or love it, to each their own. But releasing it is the only way to truly move on. You may not be very open nor chatty, or maybe you're revealing and obvious. Talk about it. Get to someone who truly knows what honesty and loyalty is. Then just let it all go. Easier said than done, right? Exactly. It's what you get to after that hump that makes it worth it. You may feel nothing, you may feel something, you may even feel different. It's what will make you a better you. You'll have to do it more than once, but you'll be traveling down on a street of dreams when it's said and done. You can't do it alone and it's always find to ask for help, no matter what anyone says.
