I turn my head and give him a small smile, "Thanks, I'll need it."

"Ok, now that we've done introductions, let's split you up into your positions," Roger Davies, the Ravenclaw captain orders. "Seekers to my right, chasers to my left, beaters in front, and keepers behind."
Everyone shuffles to their places and I choose the only position I have any experience in, seeker. I watch Benjamin and Quinn place themselves with the chasers and Audrey scampers over to the beaters.
"Now, as I'm sure you know, there are four openings today, two on the reserves and two for the main team. How today's practice is going to work is that we will have you fly around, show us how fast you fly and other skills like that, then we'll scrimmage. I want to see how each of you fare in a game situation," and with that he mounts his broom and we all quickly follow suit, rising into the air in a silvery blue crowd.
For the next half and hour or so, we all fly around the stadium in different formations and at different speeds. Everyone around me seems so focused, it's hard for me not to laugh. Quidditch has always been fun for me, a way to relax, so it's weird to see such stress and worry associated with the game.
"Ok everyone from, you," he points to Benjamin and signals to his right. "Are a team, huddle up and discuss strategies."
We all fly over to the right side of the pitch and a girl with long black hair signals us to huddle up.
"Hello everyone, I'm Cho Chang, one of the ravenclaw chasers. I hope you're ready to kick the other teams arses, because I sure am," this coaxes smiles and some laughs in the crowd and I can't help a grin slide on my face.
"Ok, I see that there's quite a lot of us, so we'll be playing two short games."
After a few minutes, two groups are made, and one rises into the air to begin the game. I walk over to the side of the pitch with Benjamin, and we watch as the game begins.
"Have you played much?" Benjamin asks, his eyes following the quaffle as it soars through the air.
"A bit, mostly by myself, which is why I'm a seeker. Easier to learn by yourself. How about you?" I ask, as our team scores a goal.
"Yeah, I play with my mum, she used to play for the slytherin team when she was at Hogwarts," he answers.
I fake gasp, "Wow, Benji's mom is a snake? Makes sense."
He looks at me, smiling, "First of all, she's one of the nicest people in the world, and second, in correlation with the first, it does make sense why I'm such an angel."
I laugh, "Yeah.... Angel."
I feel someone come up next to me and turn to see the dark haired girl, Cho Chang, standing next to me.
"Hello, I'm trying to meet everyone, what's your name?" she asks, smiling.
Benjamin leans around me, "I'm Benjamin Carter and this mean person is Eloise Foster."
I swat him away, "I'm not a mean person," I shoot then turn back to Cho, who's smiling. "Sorry about him, he loves to stretch the truth."
"Ah-ha!" Benjamin eclaims, "So you admit there's some truth to it."
I shove him with my elbow and roll my eyes. A loud cheering grabs our attention and we look up to see that the other teams seeker has caught the snitch.
"That's our cue," Cho says, grabbing her broom.
We follow her lead and our whole team lifts into the air, assuming the proper positions.
