Semper Fidelis

II

Josephine gets the side of the island off.
"What's in there?" Jay asked.
"Cool it Halstead." Josephine said as she looks at him.
Josephine sees that there are boxes of case files under the kitchen island.
"We need to bring these back to the precinct." Josephine said.
They get back to the precinct and Josephine sits on the floor looking through the cases.
"What's going on?" Hank asked.
Josephine ignores her dad and continues to look through the cases.
"I'm going to kill him." Josephine said as she steals Jay's keys.
"Where are you going with those?" Jay asked.
"You coming or not?" Josephine angrily asked.
"Maybe you should sit this one out." Hank said.
"No." Josephine said, before walking to Jay's car.
She speeds to a house.
"Stay here." Josephine said, before slamming the drivers door shut.
"Jo!" Jay shouts as he sees the young Voight walking up the the door very angrily.
Josephine kicks in the door.
"What are you doing here?" Jake nervously asked.
Josephine shoves him against the door.
"Always faithful! What happened to always faithful?!" Josephine shouts.
Jake is speechless. 
"Why'd you do it, Huh?" Josephine asked.
"Do what?" Jake asked as he's being conscious of his choice of words.
Josephine squeezes his neck.
"Deacon was found murdered. Why did you do it? Why?" Josephine asked.
"Jo!" Jay shouts.
Josephine punches Jake hard.
"I found him dead on his apartment floor!" Josephine shouts.
Jay pulls Josephine off of Jake.
They get back to the precinct.
"I'm questioning him myself." Josephine said.
"Halstead, going in there and make sure that she doesn't kill him." Hank said.
"On it." Jay said.
They get into the interrogation room.
"Where were you between 12 and 1pm, yesterday?" Josephine asked.
"I'd like to talk with a real cop." Jake said.
"I am one." Josephine said.
Jake laughs. Josephine shoves him against the wall.
"Just tell me!" Josephine shouts.
"One word. Lawyer." Jake said.
Josephine throws him back on the chair.
"Why?" Josephine asked as she puts pictures from the files in Deacon's kitchen island on the table.
Jake looks at the pictures then looks back at Josephine.
"Your military career is over. I will make sure for the rest of your life, you will be staring at a wall." Josephine threatens.
"Lawyer." Jake shouts.
"How could you do it? He was your brother." Josephine said.
"He was no brother to me." Jake said.
"Don't say another word and we're out of here." Jake's lawyer said.
"No, you're not. We can hold him for 48 hours." Josephine said.
"I didn't do it!" Jake shouts.
"Jo, I need to talk to you." Adam said.
Josephine steps outside.
"What did you find?" Josephine asked.
Adam gives Jo a file. She walks back inside the interrogation room.
"What were you guys arguing about?" Josephine asked.
Jake doesn't say anything.
"Answer me!" Josephine shouts as she hits the medal table.
"He's dating my sister." Jake said.
"So you killed him for dating your sister?" Josephine asked.
Jake looks at her.
"Are you serious!" Josephine shouts.
"He should've stayed away." Jake said.
Josephine storms out of the interrogation room.
