When Love had not a place where It could hide
It blackened, crippled, cracked, and then just died
But from the ashes Love was then reborn
As Fire, Light, and Rose without the Thorn

But Pain killed Love and Pain had yet to halt
It grew Love's thorns and plagued It with It's fault
For fire could burn and Light could make thee blind
But with Forgiveness Love had intertwined.
