Steve's POV:
"Can't hide the truth from him forever" My best friend says
"I know"
"Then why are you not telling him?!" He argues
"Because I don't know how!"
Barnes steps back
"Sorry. Didn't mean to shout" I apologize
"It's fine. I shouldn't have yelled at you"
There's a knock at the door. I always grow suspicious whenever there's someone at our apartment. You never know. It could be a Hydra agent. I grab my shield while Bucky gets his rifle
We crept up to the door. I held out my shield. James slowly goes for the handle and throws open the door
It's Tony
Without realizing who it is, Bucky points his gun
"Chill Barnes, I'm not here for you"
As soon as he hears the playboy's voice, he lowers his gun
"If you're not here for Bucky, who you here for?" I ask
"You" Stark replies
"You available Friday?"
"Yes"
"Good" He leaves
"That was weird" I say
"Friday's tomorrow" The other super soldier points out
He sighs
"Really hope they can help me"
"Please. They got way better advanced technology than we do. I'm sure they'll be able to do something at least" I reassure
We hug
What "truth" is Bucky talking about? What happens tomorrow? Will Tony finally tell Steve how he feels?
