Percy Jackson: God of the Waves

I'm a god! This is great!

Alright, so, just wanna say. If you're my kid from the distant future, I'm sorry. I know how hard the life of a Demigod is, and I never wanted to wish that on anyone.

Now, my name is Percy Jackson, and I am a brand new Greek God!

Backstory:

Up until last week I was a 16-year-old demigod son of Poseidon. Before that just a normal kid with the best mom in the world. Now a week ago I saved the world.

I know, no big deal, right? Well the king of the gods, Zeus, seemed to think so. He offered me a place as a minor god. 

Obviously, I took it, right? I mean, it's immortality! I'd get to be a god!

Anyway, my crush of 5 years looked betrayed and hurt, her mom, Athena, glared daggers at me.

We left Olympus and headed down to earth, back to camp halfblood, where everyone, aside from Mr D (The Greek God Dionysus), felt my godly presence and bowed down, Ares Cabin extremely reluctantly following their friends leads.

I was honestly a bit shocked at first, I looked over at Annabeth and she smiled at me, though I could tell there was sadness behind it.

We headed to my Dad's cabin to be alone, and I sat down, looking over at her "I bet I could ask Zeus to make you a god too. I mean, you're redesigning Olympus! Maybe they'll give you some architectural thing to rule over..."

She refused to look at me, and I could tell she was crying "How could you Percy... You left me, just like the rest did."

I knelt down on the floor, looked up at her, and gripped her shoulders "I will never leave you Wise Girl. You're my stars, and I will give up my immortality to be with you. I just figured, ya know, since we're together now, I can use my godly abilities to help if any other shit arises. I promise, I'm not going anywhere. I'm not Luke, I'm not your family. I'm yours."

She just shook her head "Don't you get it... By accepting that deal you did leave me... By the time you realize you want your immortality gone I'll be long dead..."

At that she stood up and walked out, turning her back on the newest Greek God.
