Year 1- Hospital Wing

Start from the beginning

"I've already talked to Cassi's aunt, Narcissa Malfoy, and she is more than willing to set you up a room in whatever colours you wish."

"I would have to tell my aunt and uncle. Green or red, maybe even purple. I'm not picky. Just not pink. I don't want to be any trouble, but my clothes and such are still at my aunt and uncle's."

"Won't be a problem. I will be writing to your aunt and uncle sometime before summer holiday. If need be, we can go to a muggle doctor to prove I am your father."

"Petunia knows you, and I'm certain she knows you're my father. She just never told me because she wanted me to find the answers to my life on my own. I'm just worried about how Dudley's friends would react to their 'plaything' disappearing."

"Did they hurt you?"

"Not really, they only bully me." I lied.

"They'll get over it. As your father, I want your safety guaranteed. I'm sure that's all Harry would care about as well. Just think on it, will you?"

"Of course. I would love nothing more than to get to know you and Cassi better. Maybe even the Malfoys."

"I'll let you talk it over with Cassi, Orion and Harry."

"Dad... I mean, professor, can I pick your brain for a second?" I hesitated.

"Go ahead. And if you want you can call me dad."

"Okay. But, erm, what does it mean if I feel someone in close vicinity's pain?"

"It could mean several things. I think the most thought about would be a soul connection. Why?"

"At the book shop, over the summer, someone hit a second year, that knows Harry, on the shoulder and I felt it on the same shoulder on my own body. I also felt the fear he felt. It was so consuming, but at the same time there was a feeling of devotion and love. Like the person scared them, but no matter what they would always love that person and do what they ask."

"Ally, who was it? I'm pretty sure you are part of a soulmate bond."

"Draco..." I mumbled.

I was shockingly pulled into a tight hug. It lasted a little while before the doors to the room bang open. We separated and I turned to look who was there. In came Professor Dumbledore, Harry and all my friends. By all my friends, I do mean all of them. Everyone from the Weasley family that go to school here, Cassilynn, Vesper, Orion, Taytum, and Fred and George's soulmate Rain. They all walked to me briskly. Dad and I were soon surrounded by a bunch of people.

"Allyson, how are you feeling? Fred and George told me about your ailment. I hope that was okay."

"I'm okay now, Rain. It's fine, though I wish fewer than those who do know about it, didn't."

"It's nothing to be ashamed of, Ally." Harry stated.

"Harry, Dudley's friends made fun of me for it. How would Hogwarts be any different?"

"Not everyone is as rude and mean as the kids at our old school. The teachers aren't either."

"If they are, you can always tell me. I'll set them straight."

"Thanks, dad. But Shouldn't I return to classes? I don't want to fall behind."

"Madame Pomfrey has informed me your lungs and throat need to rest. Classes wouldn't be the best right now. Ginny has offered to bring you your lesson assignments and notes. Cassilynn has also offered to help you do those assignments if you need help. Seeing as Herbology caused this in the first place, unless it's projects Ginny will always bring you notes and assignments. Projects will be completed by Sprout tutoring you and your group in the courtyard. Your herbology exam will be taken the week before in the courtyard and you'll wear an allergen protection gear set."
