Chapter 1

Genin exams
It was a beautiful day in Konoha It was the time of the genin exams, Naruto and his family were getting ready to go the academy

Minato: i want you guys to do your best, stay focused and take a deep breath if you ever feel nervous
Children: ok tou-san
Kushina: ohh and guess who's coming to watch your exams
Menma: who
Kushina: tsunade-san, shizune, orochimaru
Minato: hiruzen and jiraiya-sensei
Naruko/menma: yay/awesome
Naruto: cool
Kushina: I can't believe that pervert is going to be there
Minato: calm down hime, anyway let's get a move on the exams start in an hour

They got up from the table got whatever they needed then started their journey

A few streets over
A girl named Lina was also getting ready for the exams but she was in the middle of something when she heard her mother

Mira: Lina-chan
Lina: morning kaa-san, what do you think?
Mira: wow you're improving
Lina: do you think he will like it when it's finished?
Mira: i know he will

They're talking about Naruto
Mira: now come and help me make breakfast then we can go
Lina: hai

They ate got dressed then left first they stopped by ichiraku ramen stand

Mira/Lina: ohayo 
Teuchi (i finally remembered): ah there are my two girls
Lina: hi uncle
Teuchi: are you ready for the exams
Lina: mhm, i trained and studied every hard these past few weeks
Teuchi: that's wonderful. Anyway i made you and your mother some lunch and was wondering if you could deliver these bowls of ramen 🍜 to the Namikazes
Mira: ok, thank you
Lina: see you later uncle tell ayame-chan i said hi
Teuchi: will do bye

And off they go

After a few minutes they made it with 50 minutes to spare

Mira: hey look it's the namikazes come on
Lina: ok

Kushina and minato looked in their direction

Kushina: ohayo Mira-chan Lina-chan
Mira/Lina: ohayo
Mira: teuchi-san told us to give you guys some ramen
Kushina: YAY
Lina: i'll go the others theirs
Minato: ok and thank you
Lina: your welcome

She spots Naruto and siblings sitting at the middle seats, she walking up to them and sat next to naruko

Lina: hi guys
Naruko: hi Lina-chan
Menma: sup
Naruto: hey
Lina: i have a few bowls of ramen for you guys from my uncle
Menma: really?
Naruko: gimme gimme gimme
Lina: one for naruko
Naruko: yay
Lina: menma
Menma: thank you lina-neechan😁
Lina: a-a-and h-here you g-go n-n-Naruto-kun
Naruto: thanks 😊

Lina: um naruto
Naruto: yeah
Lina: can i si-

Just as she was about to finish her question, hinata and her family walked in

Naruto: oh I'm gonna go and sit with hinata-chan see you guys

He got up walked over towards her sat down and gave her a hug

Lina: oh ok bye🥺😢

With the adults (they saw what happened)
Mira: aw poor Lina
Minato: I can't believe Naruto is oblivious of her feelings
Kushina: i'll admit the kids get their stubbornness from me but i was never like that when it came to someone's feelings
Mira: i hope realizes before it's too late
Minato: yeah

As they were talking some people from earlier have arrived

Hiruzen: hello everyone
Mira: ohayo lord 3rd, tsunade-san, orochimaru-san, jiraiya-san, shizune-san
Jiraiya: well hello there beautiful
Kushina/tsunade: don't even think about it you perv
Jiraiya: 😅
Tsunade: what were you three talking about
Minato: we were talking about how Naruto is oblivious of Lina's feelings for him. Once she is insight all he thinks of is the hyuuga heiress
Tsunade: wow that's sad
Mira: yeah but she's strong she rarely shows her sad side
Orochimaru: speaking of Lina, how is her training coming along
Mira: she's improving and it seems she wants to become like tsunade-san,
Tsunade: how so
Mira: we found out that her original chakra affinity is earth, she has large chakra reserves like you and kushina combined and she even interested in becoming a medic.
Mira: she studies medicine, volunteers at the hospital, orphanage and nursing homes. She has a garden where she grows rare cures for diseases and to keep your body healthy without the need to exercise.
All: wow
Tsunade: by the way you describe her she might make a fine apprentice. I'll ask for her recommendations from the hospital and i'll have to see how well she is with earth style, then i'll make my decision
Kushina: i'll train her with her chakra reserves
Mira: oh thank you so much

A few minutes later

Iruka entered the classroom along with a few more students and their families

Iruka: ok students get ready for the written test, family members please proceed to the seats at the back of the room

After everyone has settled down

Iruka: now students this test determines what knowledge you have gathered over the period you have been here. This lasts for an hour and a half . After i have given everyone a paper you may begin no cheating. Also if you have a problem or a question raise your hand and one of us instructors will assist you.

Iruka: now you may begin
