*This happens a bit after the event in Kamino when Toga is in prison*.
Himiko Toga was really sad. If you were wondering why, and saw the situation she was in, you would probably assume that it was because she was in a cramped cell or that she was in Korston - The most heavily guarded minor prison in Japan.
Actually it was neither of those things. The real reason why Toga was upset was because of her outfit. Now for a normal child in prison, this would be the least of their worries, but Toga was obsessed with looking cute.
So imagine her shock whilst she's trying to at least make her hair look nice and hears a knock on her cell door before a person walks in and closes the door behind them.
Imagine her shock when it's Uraraka...
