Christmas Eve Party

   Christmas Eve had arrived very quickly, it was like the earth had swivelled round at twice its pace and landed with a smack on the 24th of December with no warning whatsoever,

   Luckily, I was fairly prepared and had bought the girls their presents, not that I really had any idea what to get them, the boys already told me that they didn’t expect anything from me but despite not buying them anything, I felt bad. But I didn’t have any money, so I told them not to get anything for me either,

   “You nearly ready Bobbie?” Perrie burst into the girl’s room just as I was kneeling on the floor changing Noelle, “What are you doing?” She asked with her hands on her hips, “Dressed like that?”

   “These Perrie are called clothes,” I pulled Noelle’s baby grow back on over her fresh nappy, “And I’m looking after my children,”

    Perrie sighed, that was when I noticed what she was wearing and how amazing she looked. Her hair was up in a loose bun on top of her head, her make up made her pale face look flawless and she wore a tight emerald green dress to show off her slim body with high black shoes to add height,

   “You look amazing,” I told her with a smile, Perrie thanked me and twirled around,

   “Now we have to get you dressed,” Perrie said before giving me a warning look on not to say anything about the clothes I was already wearing, “So put that baby back in her cot, we’ll get you dressed and then we’ll get them into their adorable costumes,” I placed Noelle into her cot, Perrie dragged me into my bedroom, “Come on,”

   “Sit,” Danielle pushed me onto the dressing room stool, “Actually no, stand, we should get you changed first, strip,”

   Eleanor and Danielle were in there waiting for us, “Are you sure-” Danielle hushed me and I was instantly quiet,

   “No talking until our work is done, capiche?” I opened my mouth to reply but then decided it would be better just to nod, so I did,

   I was standing in front of them in nothing but my old underwear, then Perrie pulled the mystery dress from the bag, “You’ve got to be kidding me,” I muttered under my breath, Danielle glared at me,

   “Put it on Bobbie,” Danielle said laying the dress on my arm, “And these to,” She tossed me a pair of black tights, I pulled those on first, it was hard considering I hadn’t worn anything but jeans in months, then, over her head, she pulled the black dress, and with a bit of tugging help from Eleanor, she managed to get it on,

   “Yay!” Perrie cheered, “You already look great,” I rolled my eyes at her flattery but to Danielle’s happiness, I didn’t say anything,

   “Sit,” Danielle again pushed me down onto the dressing table stool, she rifled through her make up bag,  Eleanor’s make up and Perrie’s makeup, she was be ashamed to see my non-existent make up, she might even cry!

   After I’d say only ten minutes, she’d played with my hair and my face even coaxed Eleanor into doing my nails, so after that, I was stiff and desperate to get away,

   “Da daa!” Danielle grinned, “You look amazing! If I do say so myself,” Slipping the heels onto my feet I walked over to the mirror and assessed myself,

   I even have to admit that I didn’t look too bad, my now curvy body was concealed under the black fabric, it hugged my now obvious hips but, that wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. My face looked lit up, eyes shining and hair curly.

   “Now the babies,” Perrie grinned, even Eleanor looked pleased as we all headed out into the girls room,

   Picking on each, Perrie and Eleanor together, she had first pick of the costumes and so selected the pink fairy for Annalise, Danielle took Noelle and dressed her as a little Santa before I had no choice but to dress Jaime up as an elf,
