For me, this took up 5 whole pages. Although I've compressed it into a template so it will seem shorter and could be longer or shorter for you depending how much you change!
I'm personally quite involved in the plot and the golden trio, but that's just me.
General
-SCRIPT OUT DEATHS YOU DO NOT WANT: please don't forget this, once someone dies in order to "bring them back" you have to shift into a whole new reality, like back tracking. They'll still be dead in that first reality, you can't change the past :(
-"unit of time" in my DR is "unit of time" in my OR
-students receive their Hogwarts letters when they turn "age"
-for each year, if you're going by the books, write which book or movie plot it follows
-make sure to add what role you play in all of that
-and if not then just use this space to write big events that define each year! it's all up to you here
