I search for you in the places where we used to stay
by the beach I hope I'll find you
In the room where we hooked up
Wish I found you
I found my old t-shirt though
I search for you in the places you've hated going to
In your friend's house hope I'll find you
I search for you
I search for an answer
I search for a clue to guide me to you
We haven't spoke since you ran away
Years have passed
And I dont remember your face
Maybe one day you'll call me and tell me that you're sorry
Maybe one day you'll call me and tell me that you're sorry
We haven't spoke since you ran away
Even your voice I can't remember
How do you speak?
But I do remember the shape of your hands
The fake screams of mine
the comfortable silence after you finish me
you saying "please"
My words when I want to leave
But I end up in your bed somehow, every time
I do remember it all
Maybe one day you'll call me and tell that you're sorry
Maybe one you'll call me
Maybe one day you'll call
But you never ...
You never do

Thoughts Into Poetry
PoetryJust some thoughts that keep me up all night or distracted from my daily life which is super annoying that's why I had to put them into words and that actually does help me get over them Published on: 25/03/2021 Finished on July 19th 2021
