22. Victoria

"Thor, I'm gonna need you back in the church." Tony says

Referring to the people getting onto the lifeboats. "Is this the last of them?" Thor ask "Yeah. Everyone else is on the carrier." Steve says

"You know, if this works, we maybe don't walk away." Tony says "Maybe not." Thor says.

....

Just as Natasha tries to calm Hulk down to get him back to being Banner, Ultron flies in with a jet and starts shooting at them.

"I got no strings, so I have fun. I'm not tied up to anyone." Ultron sings

....

As Barton is saving the boy, Costel, Ultron starts shooting at them but Pietro intervenes and goes to take the shots to save them, but a force field protects him and Clint.

"Didn't see that coming." Pietro says, turning to an annoyed Victoria. "I just promised your sister that I'll protect you." Victoria says annoyed.

Pietro smiles and he speeds over to her, kissing her passionately.

....

Victoria spots the shooting jet and she powers her hands, blasting back at it but it doesn't relent.

Hulk drops Natasha off onto the Helicarrier and then jumps onto the jet Ultron is on.

"Oh, for God's sake!" Ultron yells

Over the comms. "Vic, if he goes up their alone, he won't be able to come back." Natasha says, practically begging.

"I'm on it Nat." Victoria says, using her power to fly up to the jet.

Hulk knocks Ultron out of the jet, startled to see Victoria flying towards him.

Ultron he crashes inside a train.

At the same time Barton and Pietro deliver Costel safely to his sister onto the lifeboat, a man goes over to help him with his wound.

"No, no. I'm fine." Clint says

Barton lies down tired, while Pietro relaxes on the seat, worried of the safety of his sister and of Victoria.

"Oh, it's been a long day." Clint says.

Wanda then finds the Ultron. "Wanda, if you stay here, you'll die." Ultron says

"I almost did. Do you know how it felt?" Wanda ask, the thought of possibly losing her brother entering her mind.

She uses her power to rip Ultron's core out of his body.

"It felt like that." Wanda says.

....

Stark fires a powerful blast to the core underneath the floating city.

"Thor, on my mark." Tony says

Thor brings on a blast of lightning, at the same time Vision flies in, picks up Wanda and flies off with as the city is being destroyed.

"Now!" Tony yells

Thor uses his hammer to hit the Vibranium core in the church, destroying the core and the floating city.

To Hulk as he remains on the jet he knocked Ultron out of. "Hey, big guy. We did it, the job's finished. Now I need you and Vic to turn this bird around, okay? We can't track you in stealth mode, so help me out. I need you t..." Natasha says

Hulk turns off Nat's camera, while Victoria tries to get the controls to work but there was no such luck, she even attempts to use her powers but they flicker, exhaustion licking at her skull.

Victoria has to sit down, her vision blurring. "Shit." Victoria curses

Hulk sits as the jet flies off to an unknown destination.

Victoria closes her eyes, falling into a deep slumber, unable to help it.

....

At the same time Vision finds Ultron.

"You're afraid." Vision says "Of you?" Ultron ask "Of death. You're the last one." Vision says

"You were supposed to be the last. Stark asked for a savior, and settled for a slave." Ultron says "I suppose we're both disappointments." Vision says

Ultron chuckles.

"I suppose we are." Ultron says "Humans are odd. They think order and chaos are somehow opposites, and try to control what won't be. But there is grace in their failings. I think you missed that." Vision says

"They're doomed." Ultron says

"Yes. But a thing isn't beautiful because it lasts. It's a privilege to be among them." Vision says "You're unbearably naive." Ultron says

"Well, I was born yesterday." Vision says

As Ultron goes to attack him Vision uses the infinity stone in his head to destroy him.
