THIRD PERSON:

The world has become a super human society with about 80 percent of the population possessing some mysterious ability while 20 percent are being treated like trash or some waste of space.

This is all happen when a child in ching ching city an extra ordinary child was born who radiated light, after that reports of people with superpowers popped up across the globe no one knew what was causing these so called quirks before long the supernatural became totally normal dreams a reality.

Right now the winners of the Sports Festival of UA high school is being announce and has been shown all over the world so that the pro hero can be seen all their strength, capabilities and weakness of the students.

And the man named Tomura Shigaraki is really analyzing it to well then he stops analyzing when the television is spotted the green haired boy named Izuku Midoriya. Thinking 'who are you izuku midoriya?'

Also, somewhere in the Philippines, Manila  there is a boy with orange hair is also watching the television the whole time with excitement because he was able to see again his ultimate childhood crush "izuku" as he mumble under his breathe.

Then he immediately go to his laptop to email the UA website saying:

"Dear UA Principal Nezu,

Good afternoon Mr. Nezu my name is Hinata Shoyo from the Philippines, manila and I would like to ask a question if there is a possibility that I could transfer at UA hero course? I know it's a bit late, weird and suspicious , I apologized for that it's just that I don't want the world to know my quirk yet so I really wait for the sports festival to finish 'he reasoned' so I can apply to the UA. UA really is my dream school since I was young and I hope that you give me a chance at least to do the test you can even make it harder than the first exam I don't care as long I can enroll at UA high school. Right now I'm at the Philippines ready to book a flight if you accept my letter. As for my quirk maybe I can say it to you when we meet face to face because it's quite dangerous for the others to know of this. So begging you to accept my request it's really a pleasure.

After hinata finished his request letter he smiled brightly that can compete with the sun.

"See you soon izuku-kun I really hope the principal accept my request of doing the exam. I really know that you're going to be a hero even if you don't have a quirk" he said to himself while continuing watching the sports festival which is showed a boy with the green haired boy

As hinata watch something also caught his eyes the ash blond and ruby eyes boys that on the podium and declare as winner "uhhh who is he again? Katsuki bakugo?" he ask himself

Then the festival is announce finished.

And with that announcement he called his mom but he can't find he's phone because he throw it earlier when his Izuku-kun lost earlier with that the guys who is cocky and didn't want to use his other side of his quirk. Then he remembered that he throw it at his bed and immediately call his mom.

Within the three ring his mom answered with 'hello shoyo is there a problem?'

'Yes mom' he answers

'what it is sunshine?' his mom questioned

'You know izuku-kun right? The one that I've been talking to you, the one that saves me from the bully?' hinata answered

'yes I knew him the quirkless boy that saves you even he don't know you right?'she answered and question back

'Right!' he exclaimed 

 'well I see him earlier in the sports festival at UA that has been broad cast all over the world and he had a quirk maybe his a late bloomer but I don't care about quirks, and I'm so happy that I've seen him and I immediately emailed the UA website if they're still available to accept transferees without consulting you if you would agree and I don't think that natsu will like it that her nii-San will be leaving, that is the problem" he continued with a sad tone

'ohhhhh sunshine don't be sad it's alright if the principal accept your request I would gladly to reserve you immediately a flight to japan and as for natsu I'm sure that she will be sad but happy at the same time because both of us know that you really want to be a hero and meet the savior of yours. So tell me as soon as possible if the principal of UA high accepted your request' she reassures his son that she will support him with his sister

'Ok mom text you later' hinata said then hang up the phone

After that he check again his laptop if the principal is replied to him but there is none yet then he remembered that he is still not yet finished with something so he go straight to their basement and continue building his invention named 'RITSU' an AI with emotion so that there is someone who can protect his family while his gone and also maybe help him sometime if needed.

After the festival aizawa-sensei says we had a meeting first before we go home so we are still waiting for him at the classroom kacchan is still has medal in his mouth and still has the cancelling quirk because he might attack todoroki-kun anytime and iida is gone because of some family problem I hope that his okay

As we all waiting for aizawa-sensei to arrive the other are busy chat with each other

I've also learned that your friend is also a worthy opponent and the sports festival showed us that we learned about each other and ourselves

"can i say to y-"she didn't finished her sentence when the door suddenly open up revealing our teacher none other than aizawa-sensei and go back to her sit which is far from my sit

"Nice work class you will have a two days of school off to recuperate and I'm sure that some of the pros who watch the festival wants to recruit some of you will recover the draft forms and update you in your return get some rest you all still have a lot of training" aizawa-sensei said with a tired tone we all answered with "yes sir"

"Ok class dismissed" he dismissed us
