I woke up around an hour ago and it's already time for lunch I ended up eating by myself because I didn't wanna see my parents right now, anyways for the past hour I've been thinking about the engagement between me and the crown prince
And I realized that my mother does have a point I'm only 8 and I may end up developing feeling for him in the future and I can always get a divorce but what if I catch feelings for him and he doesn't feel the same way what if he ends up abandoning me............aisshhh I'm overthinking again I really need to stop overthinking.
Anyways I'll give it a try we never know what can happen in the future and plus I can't stay mad at my parents for long they are still my parents after all but seriously why do they have to make things complicated for me I just wanna live normally.
Time skip
After I finished complaining about my parents I decided to meet with them to talk about the engagement we made a deal that if it doesn't work out then they'll break the engagement.
After discussing about it we decided to celebrate my birthday it's still my birthday after all they gifted me dresses,books and jewels
After a stressful day I just decided to go straight to sleep so that I wouldn't overthink anymore.
A week later

I woke up today from a loud knock it was still early so I was confused why someone was knocking, the maids came in saying
"Princess wake up you're going to the palace today"

Ahh that's right today's the day I'm meeting the crown prince waitttttt... WHATTT TODAY'S THE DAY I MEET THE PRINCEI yelled
"Yes princess now we must hurry and make you look presentable"
The maids took me to the bathroom so I could take a bath after that they put light make up on my face and changed me into a light purple dress.

I'm so tired they took so long I really wanna sleep right now but it's almost time to go to the palace I took a quick look at myself and I just wanna say mom thank you for your incredible genes.
After that I headed to my parents because we had to leave to go for the palace the whole trip was my father just talking about how I looked so much like my mother I ended up falling asleep since I woke up really early.

We finally arrived andthe palace was huge I mean our estate is big but the palace was bigger as expected of the royal family they really are wealthy
We headed to the throne room to meet the royal family and I was so nervous what if I mess up what if I do something to offend them, my mother looked at me she held my hand and told me it's gonna be fine
When we got there I saw the emperor he had blonde hair and cerulean jewelled eyes and standing on his left was the empress she had black hair and red eyes she was really beautiful and on the emperors right was............my fiancé anastacius de Alger obelia He looked exactly like the emperor shiny blonde hair Blue cerulean jewelled eyes just like every royal family member he was handsome he looked exactly like the emperor but he had a different charm a charm that makes a woman want him he looked around 2 years older than me I just stared at him and he stared back,We stared at each other for 10 seconds
