• chapter three •

after everyone arrived, the house was packed with familiar and unfamiliar faces.

"dream?" sapnap mumbled to himself, walking through the crowds of people.

"sappy, over here!" dream called. sapnap looked to his right and saw dream leaning against a wall with a drink in his hand. sapnap ran over and held dream free hand in his.

"are you okay?" dream asked.

"y- yeah, i just don't like being alone in crowded places, or just alone in general"

"i'm sorry babe, i won't leave you again!" dream smiled as he placed a kiss on sapnaps cheek.

"what're you drinking?" sapnap asked.

"uhhhh, nothin" dream said, placing his cup on the table.

"dream, i said no alcohol!"

"sorrryyy, its fine to have some every once in a while sap"

"fine, i'm sorry, i don't control you"

"hey, no worries! wanna go play video games with karl and quackity?"

"yes!" sapnap smiled as they walked into the living room.

"happy anniversary!" karl smiled as the two sat down on the couch, grabbing a controller.

"thank you karl" sapnap giggled. dream placed a blanket around sapnap, covering up the front of his body.

"dream what are you doing?" sapnap giggled as he fought karl in the game.

"either keep the blanket on or go change" dream whispered.

"what, why?"

"go look in the mirror, then change into a turtle neck or something"

"ohhhh-" sapnap realized, getting up and running into his room, grabbing a turtle neck, and then running into the bathroom. he looked into the mirror and saw the hickeys going down his neck. his face went a dark shade of red and he quickly changed, making sure to cover his neck up completely.

"pfft, someone's embarrassed" karl giggled as sapnap got up and ran to the bathroom, his face bright pink.

"i gave him those" dream said, trying to hold in his laugh.

"tmi dream" quackity chuckled.

he walked back out and sat down next to dream awkwardly. dream glanced at sapnap and winked, a devilish grin on his face. sapnap ignored him and went back to playing the game.

"did you tell them?!" sapnap whisper-yelled at dream after he heard karl and quackity giggling to themselves.

"what? i would never" dream smirked. sapnap playfully rolled his eyes and went back to the game.

"hi guys!" bad smiled as he sat down next to dream, skeppy following behind and sitting next to bad.

"hi!" sapnap said in a cheerful voice.

"merry christmas and happy anniversary!"

"thank you bad!" dream giggled.

"yeah, what bad said" skeppy mumbled as he took another sip from his drink

"is he drunk?" dream chuckled.

"uhh, yeahh" bad said.

"bruhh, sapnap won't let me drink more than one cup"

"because drinking is bad, baby"

"come on dream, lets go have some drinks!" skeppy insisted.

"don't get too drunk please" sapnap chuckled as skeppy grabbed dreams arm and ran off.
