'can someone please call the chief and grab me a wheelchair?',
I asked putting my surgery tools down, Owen looked at me confused, he raised his eyebrows at me,
'what are you talking about?',
Owen asked me, I breathed heavily getting myself through the pain,
'I just had a contraction so I'm going to be officially in labour quite soon',
I said, Owen's eyes widened,

Was all Owen managed to stutter out not knowing how to react, I smiled at him slightly,
'Owen do you know what you need to do or do I need to run you through the next steps of the surgery?',
I said somewhat jokingly to him talking to him as if he was an intern. He looked at me still wide eyed nodding his head,
'Y/n who's the father?',
Owen asked me, I shook my head at him,
'out of all the times you could have asked me you decide to ask me while I'm in labour',
I said, I looked up to the viewing box making eye contact with the father before looking back at Owen,
'are you serious?'.
