Prologue

Malani

"Lani.....Malani ! Come eat this breakfast, it's your last day of school !" my mom yelled from the end of the stairs.

"Im up !" I yelled "Can you just shut UP" I mumbled under my breath. I purposely stayed up all night hoping that I'd over sleep but that didn't go as planned.

Anyway name is Malani Reeves but most people call me Lani. Im a 18 year old, Senior at Evanwoods Highschool. Oh and one more thing "I am fat and ugly" well that's what the kids at school tell me. Imma 5'5 brown skinned girl with big brown eyes, pouty lips, medium length curly hair, huge thighs, and average looking butt, big hips, a pudge for a stomach and, 34DDsized boobs. Im not ugly but I'm not the prettiest girl either but that didn't bother me. It's not easy constantly defending myself. Sometimes I just wanna give up ya know..stop wasting my breath but that will only make others feel like they have an advantage.

*40 minutes later*

After taking a shower I stood in front of the foggy mirror staring at my reflection. Mainly my figure..it wasn't as bad as people made it seem. I could always shed a few pounds but who has the time , food was the best creation ever made? My third alarm went off causing me to jump a bit. I went to my closet which didn't have much but a few tops and bottoms and barely any shoes. Growing up I didn't get much nor did I look forward to anything. My mom went back to Haiti went I was a baby leaving me with my oldest brother Zak.

Hello munchkins this is my first story so it wont be the best so please don't try to be so offensive , but here is the first chapter i hope you guys enjoy it might not be interesting at the moment but i have alot plans for this book
