Ending-chapter 1

Meredith woke up earlier then usually having a feeling. The feeling she had when she had the bomb in her hand. But she tried to ignore it and went up to the attic.

(Merediths POV)
I woke up and went straight to the attic before Derek woke up so I can find one of my moms old surgery tapes. I went through so many boxes and then found my old high school box. *Meredith giggles as she find her prom crown in the box * she puts her crown next to her so she can find what she's looking for but then she finds this notebook that has a mark on it.
On the notebook it had a date and Meredith's name. She was confused and started to read it. It was one of her mother's books but Meredith though she gave them all the Cristina and Richard. When she started reading it years started to fall down her eyes. She didn't know her mom wrote about this day so she put it back in the box and took the whole box downstairs because she heard someone up.

Meredith walked downstairs and sat the box near the stairway. It was Derek making coffee.

(Dereks POV)
I woke up to an empty bed but I didn't mind. I went to the bathroom and put some pants on and went downstairs to start making me and mer something to eat. She was in the attic for whatever reason I heard her tiny little footsteps. Man I love her so much. But we have to go soon I have a surgery. I saw Meredith walk down the stairs and I welcomed her and said good morning I saw on her face something was wrong so I ask are you okay even though I know she'll say she's fine but I know she isn't she never is.

(Merediths POV)

When I went downstairs it was Derek making coffee as usual he greeted me and asked was I okay i said I'm fine but knowing him he knows I'm lying he asked what the box was and I said nothing. He left it alone.

(Couple of minutes later)

Derek- we need to start leaving or we'll be late.
Izzie,George and Alex was already at the  hospital because they were on call. Cristina is going to met Meredith at the hospital like she always is.

(Moments later)

Meredith saw Cristina and went to her. Meredith had her mother's book and the other book about her rape. She accidentally gave Cristina the raped one and she meant to give her the one about Ellis and Richard having sex.

(Meredith POV)
After I got to the hospital I saw Cristina and ran up to her waving Derek bye and saying I love you, I swear he's the love of my life. I looked down at the 2 books and gave one to Cristina and when to the nurses station and sat all my books down and sighed wiping the fake smile of my face.

(Dereks POV)

Mer haven't been acting herself but i was running late for surgery so I fused to the attending office and but my white coat on and got to the scrub room I saw mark wes in there and talk to him about mer.
"Meredith been acting different mark like she's down" mark said she's strong and she'll tell you later probably and went into the or.
Derek rubbed it off and started his surgery.

(Cristina POV)
Mer isn't the same this morning it's weird but we don't talk about feelings but I'm going to do my rounds and start reading he book she gave me.  I saw izzie and Alex and went up to them. "Hey evil spawn  any cool surgery's)

(Alex POV)
I just got out of on call room with izzie and let me tell you I already miss the touch of her lips but i saw Cristina so and wiped those thoughts out.

(Izzie POV)
Jesus Alex is so much different then what people say but where's George I need to go tell him I let the beast out again Haha.

(2 hours later)
Addison and her old friends come in because her brother got sick. Meredith was with Derek and Cristina was on the incoming trauma.

(Merediths POV)
I really want to be ok. That inccoming trauma with Cristina but I'm
Stuck here with Dereks friends singing he's and Addison's wedding song. I walked out to go get the patients chart.

Cristina started to read the book Meredith gave her and was in complete shook while she was waiting for the patients head ct. while waiting she ran up to Derek and told Derek "Meredith was raped when she was 20 , she was in college and this guy name jame walker raped her and I believe that's my patient they both went to the same college and Meredith gave me this book she had 2 and I think she gave me the wrong one. James walker hit her almost to her death 45 times her mother had to do a secretive surgery on Meredith and the dude never went to jail.
