ok so here's a link to a script I made :) and I'll be explaining some important things

again a script isn't necessary it just helps

oh and if you want you could add "I will only stay for 1 day in my DR when I first shift" I promise you it will help a lot!

here are actually some mor you could add that I might've forgot:

"Time will stop when I'm not in my DR"
"My safe word/action will automatically be memorized"

Time:
ok so time is something really important, here are some examples of what you should and shouldn't have as a time thingy

Shouldn't

1sec in my CR is 1yr in my DR

1min in my CR is 1mnth in my DR

1hr in my CR is 1yr in my DR

the only reason you shouldn't use these or something similar to these is because, it will be chaotic like imagine living a year for only 1 second, it will be like a marathon and be very tiring, trust me I had to learn that in a harder way.

Should

1hr in my CR is 1week in my DR

2hrs in my CR is 1mnth in my DR

1day in my CR is 6mnths

so these aren't as tiring as the others, but they still really are, shifti8in general is tiring but trust me it's all with ur in the end.

Safe Word and/or Action
a safe word/action is your way of getting out of your DR, there's also Should's and Shouldn'ts, as your Safe Word/Action, these are some that I saw that just feel wrong for me.

Shouldn't

Continuesly Clapping (there might be a ceremony in your DR and you accidentally leave)

Tapping Your Head (I mean don't you sometimes tap your head)

and just really stay away from stuff you normally do so there's no problem :)

Should

Say "I hate you 'someone you really love' or vice-versa

Clap in the beat of  'a song you know'

Do the renegade 2 times

and some stuff you wouldn't normally do in a normal day lol
