· 2 eggs (don't get shells in the batter!)
· A bit of vanilla extract
· 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
· ½ cup all-purpose flour
· Pinch of baking powder
· Pinch of salt
· 2 cups dark choc chips (nonsweet)
· Dried thyme (not too much, fresh from our garden is best!
Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter, then add dry ingredients (chocolate chips go in last) Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes (when I come back, I want to smell them baking!) If you feel like it, make some frosting to go with it, or you can have them plain. Either way they're addicting.
This is the easiest recipe in here, Eve, so don't mess it up! Love you, see you soon!
