Kankri's POV

I was at the mall with Cronus today, discussing a project we had in science that week.

"Hey, Kanny, we've been working for an hour straight. I think it's time for a break. .." he stood up, "You want a taco?"

I sighed at the nickname and nodded as he went to the Taco Bell left of our table. When he returned, I attempted to make conversation.

"So, how is Eridan doing? "

He sighed, "Well, it's March, ao he's upmto his usual strange routone. Wearing his skirt and fighting with my dad, how's Karkat?"

"Himself," I replied, "a walking trigger with his cursing and violent behavior. .."

Cronus chuckled, " I don't get how you two are even related..."

Smiling, I replied, "Maybe it's just a phase. Though I don't recall going through such a phase. .."

"We never remember when we were annoying little shits. We only remember when everyone else was annoying the shit out of us," he laughed.

I sighed, "Cronus, if you are going to curse, at least warn people, that can be found as triggering, you know! "

"Chief, you should know by now that I don't do trigger warnings," he said, trying to look cool by sliding back in his chair.

"At least try to. .." I crossed my arms.

Cronus' POV

He is so damn cute! I just can't resist!

Kankri's POV

He smirked, showing me that he was up to no good. "Okay, Chief, trigger warning: Public Display of Affection"

Before I could process what he just said, his lips were on mine.

Of course, I didn't mind too much, Cronus has been my crush since 5th grade.

I kiss back after 7 seconds, am the kiss lasts until we need air.

I attempted to smirk. "Now, was that so difficult?"
