A book that takes unexpected turns of eve...
Holy shit. We all hit 10 Million Reads. I am—lost for words. Like, this fan fiction idea came up out of nowhere during a facetime call I had with my friend.
Now we're all here. On Tik Tok, Instagram, forums, etc. You all spread this story like wildfire.
I started this book on September 30th, 2020, and I finished it on October 23rd, 2020. In less than a month. (It's pretty obvious, given that the format and plot is all rushed work)
Q. How did I come up with my OCs?
I passed by a law firm that had Onyx's name in it. The name was beautiful, so I had to use it. As for her last name? I heard it from a movie a couple of years back. I casted Odeya Rush after watching Lady Bird. Onyx is a baddie, and so is the role Rush played in Lady Bird.
Lorenzo is my younger brother's middle name. It's also Bonnie's love interest in TVD. The name is just so beautiful, and Lorenzo is such a beautiful character. Charles and Berkshire sound so... boujee. I've decided to expand more about him and his childhood (scroll down for more info). I casted Louis Partridge because he has such a kindred spirit. He seems like a sweetheart, so it had to be done.
Lucille sounds like a timid and nervous person. Indecisive yet knows exactly what they want despite being shown better. It's a cute name, too. I casted India Eisley because her mother played Juliet in Romeo and Juliet, and they look so alike it's scary. Plus, India Eisley is slept on.
Within the matter of 3 fucking months, we all hit TEN MILLION READS. I can't thank you guys enough. You guys are the absolute best. Words can't explain how thankful I am.
You guys came for Draco Malfoy and left with Lorenzo Berkshire, which is fucking INSANE.
So, I've decided to create an Alternate Universe book for Filthy. It's nowhere near the same, but my OCs, such as Onyx, Lucille, and Lorenzo are in it.
It's dark. Mature themes, yadda yadda. It's also a slow burn. And yes, there will be sexual content. Intended audience is 16+, but I can't control everyone.
The love interest (everyone was begging for this) is Lorenzo Berkshire.
