"Drac!"

"Sky?"

"I'm sorry..."

"You're no daughter to me."

"Worthless."

"...Sky!"

"Should've thrown you out."

"Freak."

"I love you."

"Draco!"

"Throw her in!"

"Sky!!"

I gasped loudly as I shot my eyes open, shooting up from my sleep state.

"Hey... It's okay... It's just a nightmare..." Five rub my back soothingly while I took in deep breaths.

"No, i-it's not, it's- it's all real," I shudder, "All very real."

Five rubs his thumb across my knuckle, looking at me worriedly. He wasn't an affectionate type, so this is huge.

Merlin... I ended up sleeping as well last night. I didn't even realised that I did. I guess the thoughts tires my brain and in the end, I drifted off.

Ten minutes passed by and both Five and I caught Lance leaving his apartment.

Five switched his gaze from Lance and me, a glimpse of guilt visible in his eyes.

"Sky, I hate to rush you, but--"

"It's okay," I cut him, "I'm much better now."

Five smiled half heartedly before holding onto my wrist and jumping us into our target's car, jolting him into halt.

"Oh! Jesus!"

I watch as Five push a knife close to Lance's neck. Still pretty shaken I rest back and pat the doctor's whimpering dog to calm it down.

"One chance. That's all you've got," Five say, staring threateningly into Lance's cowaring eyes. "One chance to tell us exactly what's going on in that lab."

"I... I manufacture prosthetic devices for fake patients," Lance stuttered in one breath, "I bill the insurance companies and then sell them for cash on the black market."

"Even eyeballs?" I lean in the conversation, a soft gasp escape the doctor's lip as he realised I am also in his car.

"Yeah, they're my biggest seller. I mean, they sell like hotcakes," Lance switch his eyes between me and Five like crazy, clearly frightened by the two 'teenagers' sitting in his car.

Lance darts his gaze at me once more, but I just stare him down fearlessly.

"I-- I've got a list, a waiting list, probably 20 buyers."

"So, the serial number I told you..."

"Could've already been bought. Yes, off-- off the books."

"Brilliant. Now, hand us the list," I say, still staring at him dead in the eye.

"I don't have it. I mean, not on me. The only copy's at my safe in the lab."

Five scoffs, "Well, you start the car, then. 'Cause we're going on a field trip."

"Okay."

"Quickly," I rush as he so slowly turn on the engine.

"Okay."

I lean back, still patting Lance's dog as I sighed heavily. Now all we have to do is get that list, and the whole world would be saved.

I take that back.
