Hello! My awesome fans, people reading this, awkward but awesome lurkers! Sorry that I have not been uploading since June! I have valid excuses!
1) I take up art as a main subject, it is time consuming and frankly I do not have time to write as I'm way to tired afterwards
2) Projects, endless projects from annoying teachers -_-
3) My exams started but guess what?! I’m done with exams yay!
4) This story needs to be badly edited and I have been in a slight depression because I kind of failed at it
So anyways thank you guys for being so damn patient with me! I really appreciate it!

The inevitable was happening, the doors to the dungeon were being banged on, ferociously. The woman and children started screaming and those of us with powers slowly surrounded them. My eyes scanned the door, it was going to open there was no doubt about it. The doors would be banged open and we would have no choice but to stand our stand and fight.
I took a deep breath and looked at the fighters next to me. I counted making sure they could see my hands, I knew when that door was going to open and when it did, all hell was going to break loose.
1...2...3. The doors were thrown open and we charged forward only to be abruptly stopped, I gasped and stumbled backwards.
“No fucking way,” I murmured. A bright smile flashed across my face as my heart slowly calmed down and all the adrenalin left my system.
It was the King! It was the king and his army, I felt elated. I stared at him, his battered face looked at us all fierce determination etched across his features. Dante was next to him, a sad looked washed through his eyes. He knew about Cole. I sighed deeply and walked forward towards the King.
“King Eros,” I whispered, staring at our Saviour. Where have they been all this time? What happened to them? All the soldiers stood behind the King and ushered him forward. The peasants were still roaming rampage outside, we had to somehow get rid of them.
“Skylar,” he smiled slightly at me and looked around at our little gathering. Arianna sat in the corner with the many children surrounding her. Ayden and Caden sat next to each other now leaning against each other with Hayden lying by their feet. Lissa was talking to Astrid and the other kids.
The triplets head snapped up at the entrance and before I knew it they barrelled the King over. Yelling about how happy there were to see him and the next thing I know I see Dante being tackled to the floor by an over hyped up Hayden. The kings booming laugh echoed through the dungeon and eased some of the worry that had settled itself over our gathering. He smiled and greeted his sons before turning to me.
“How are you holding up?” he asked me. I sighed and rubbed a tired hand over my face.
“We’re ok, I guess you could say? We were prepared to go out there and fight for our lives sooner or later. I have a group of special children right here at our disposal,” I said.
The King was thoughtful for a second and I watched as the various soldiers went to the people in the dungeon and spoke to them and I saw Dante walk towards a corner with the triplets, a sad lumber to his walk.
“Let’s see these gifted young ones then, shall we?”
I nodded, I had so many questions to ask this man, he was our ruler he would guide us. That was the only hope I had to hang onto.
I called upon Astrid to bring her friends forward,” This is Astrid, she has super strength. Anapehlia here can control minds, TJ levitate objects, Jake can make things appear out of nowhere, Elena can run very fast and turn invisible, Calyx can multiply himself and has super strength and well Tony here,” I laughed slightly I was I to explain Tony to the king? “Tony here is what we call Sticky Fingers”
“Sticky Fingers?” repeated the king perplexed.
“Yeah your highness, the names Sticky fingers Tony or Stick fingers, whatever tickles your fancy. You see one minute you got something,” he darted out towards the king and was back within seconds,” the next thing you know, you don’t,” he smiled valiantly at the king waving the kings dagger around in the air.
The king looked at him and for a second I thought the boy was toast. He gave the king a sheepish smile before handing back his dagger. The king then surprised us all by laughing loudly and messing up Tony’s hair. I smiled slightly.
“Well looks to me like we have ourselves a bit of a mini army here hey?”
I nodded eagerly; the weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I didn’t have to be the one in charge anymore I didn’t have the weight of the whole world resting on my shoulders.
“Well, let’s take back our kingdom!” he boomed and I couldn’t help but laugh as the people erupted into cheers.

YES IT’S DAMN SHORT! I KNOW I AM SO SORRY BUT I REALLY HAVE TO EDIT THIS STORY! MY THOUGHTS ARE IN A TIZZ RIGHT NOW CONCERNING THIS STORY I NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK PLEASE FORGIVE ME GUYS!
